Great stay The cabins are located directly on the water and are comfortably furnished. The owner was very nice and helpful and immediately replaced our faulty coffee machine.

Paid 425 NOK for an overnight stay with a caravan in 2023-08. This included optional use of a modern kitchen, electricity and showers. However, it was not possible to dispose of gray water or chemical toilets as the place is not connected to a sewer system but uses a septic tank. Speaking of which, the septic system emitted an unpleasant smell while I was there. The fresh water supply is limited to 20 liters (see photo) - they claim this is to conserve natural resources, but at the same time guests can take unlimited showers and staff are watering the grass... WiFi only worked in a direct line of sight to the front desk - not at our assigned site. Basic camper needs are not met here. Instead, you are expected to carry your sewage and dump it at the nearest public service station - and also to resupply fresh water at someone else's expense. The campground is literally on the E6 (road is less than 25m away), traffic is quite noisy day and night. Driveways and pitches are gravel and you are only allowed to place your furniture on the grass strip north of your vehicle. While this is fine for RVs / camping cars and buses, it is terrible for caravans. As these tend to have the door on the right side, you are not supposed to back-in with your trailer?! I am not sure if they have ever considered this issue - but I would certainly have preferred a view of the fjord to a view of the highway from the back window of my caravan. We were even told to turn our trailer around and move it to a different place - after we had already set up camp, including the outdoor table and chairs, and were in the process of preparing a barbecue. Any customer-oriented campground owner would have either explained the rules in advance (e.g., by posting a map or signs) or made an exception in this case. To me, this was especially ridiculous since the campground was far from being fully occupied. Shower rooms were nothing special and only two showers per gender for the whole place, but at least hot and clean. In my extensive travels through Scandinavia I have been to many nicer places where I got better value for money - and where the staff were much friendlier. I will not camp here again and do not recommend this place.
