I had booked this hotel in January 2025 when I had visited Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain. The staff was very rude and not at all helpful. The rooms were dirty. Lot of cockroaches everywhere in the room. Bath room was not clean. And for this they charged exorbitantly. Not at all worth the money. And above you, you will get all negative vibes the moment you enter the room. I had checked in at 11 AM and by 1.00 PM I had 2 ajaans "allahu akbar" loudly, because this hotel is very near to a mosque. But I was there to hear "Om Namah Shivay". So, I could not withstand all this negative vibes and checked out of the hotel at 1.30PM. If you are in Ujjain for Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga visit, please dont stay in this hotel.

Only good thing about this hotel is location. Rooms are small and dark. We had lot of cockroaches in our room. Bathroom was smelling and door had black fungus on it. Staff behaviour is rude. Bathroom was chocked and water was not going away for few minutes. Dormat was so bad that your washed feet will become more dirty than before washing. AC is not working half the time and you need to keep calling the reception to turn on AC as they turn off the switch for your room to save electricity. Hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. You need to go outside to find food. Check photos. This hotel doesn’t deserve even 1 star and they have managed to bribe hotel industry to get 3 stars. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Clean rooms and staff behaviour was also good. Location is the best part with this hotel. Rooms are also spacious

My staying was totally ridiculous. hospitality of the hotel was also not good with no good coordination i would never suggest this to anyone.

Good budget hotel, nearest to mahakal, not spent much time at hotel but location is best. Due to congested area parking may be problem. Breakfast is good.

Location is very close to mahakal temple and corridor. Breakfast at the hotel was also superb. Cleanliness at hotel was also very good. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is near to baba mahakaleshwar temple. This is very good plus point of this location. Coridoor is very near by. Food quality is average. Staff behaviour is very good. Cleanliness is satisfactory.
