Staff: "the staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. Rooms: "the rooms were very comfortable and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. Food: "the restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. Location: "the hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks. Service: "the service was great. Amenities: "the room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. Overall experience: "the hotel left us pleasantly surprised and wanting for more.

No room service, no tea cetal, no cleaner, and very bad experience. No staff for take care of customers.

Entrance, very dirty, staff not sufficient for reception, food service, good. Hotel is marriage purpose.

Hotel is far from temple and ujjain railway station. Bathroom fittings like tap, jet spray were on pathetic conditions. Rooms were not clean. No restaurant is available in this hotel, still they take booking with complementary breakfast. I was served a sandwich and a cup of tea after following up for an hour. Bathroom door latch was broken.

Rooms are very clean and staff is very co-operating. We stayed for 2 days. Gourav sitalni made our first anniversary more memorable by helping us and getting around the city. Felt happy choosing hotel shiv palace. Highly recommended.

Superb service well trained staff nice rooms just near to main road easy to get cabs from there just 12 min takes me to reach mahakal temple
