Basic hygiene was not maintained - dirty bedsheets and pillows - washrooms were extremely dirty
- dirty towels with hair stick to it
- no proper breakfast provided
- staff was extremely rude

We have booked suite room. Horrible hotel, very dirty washroom, too expensive. They don’t provide the rooms which are in photos, provided us suite room with broken toilets and health faucet on complaining they provided room of dormitory category late night. Blankets, Bedsheet, pillow covers too dirty so we changed our room to another hotel. We will never recommend this hotel.

find this property through normal search, room was ok, washroom was neat and clean. Staff behaviour was good as I arrived at hotel late night they kept my room ready with all the basic amenities

I found the property from my my trip (mmt) The breakfast provided is local stuff which is delicious. The amenities are not up to mark like kettles--- hot water given after the request made. good for a family stay 😊.
