Bhagwati Park, Ujjain

Hotel staff, including owner do not pay heed to our requests, the bathroom door did not close at all and owner had no regrets about it. "It is the only room, you can speak to your online booking agent", is what they said. After 1 hour they offered to change room in morning but even after 2 hours there was no response. None of the remotes worked. Water, towel, toileteries was not ready. We reached around 12:10 am and were finally able to go to sleep after 1.30 am...waiting for water, toileteries and towels. The mattress they provided for child was mosit..and they did not proivde pillow for mattress. I had to go down to reception 3 time in night to ask them to move my request ahead. The staff woukd just take your request and sit in restaurant or outside hotel. They did this for about and hour...every time I would go down at reception to followup on my request, I found them idling around. The chair and curtains were also very dirty..yuck!! Go to a ********** instead. A horrible experience and pathetic stay.
