"A small hotel with excellent location. Right across the train station and a mere 100m way from the very popular Nakamura Toukichi Honten (中村藤记抹茶店). It is also on Uji shopping street itself offering walking access to many attractions including Byōdō-in (平等院) across Uji river. There is a small but very popular supermarket down the street and many restaurants as well. They seem to have only 2 parking lots but we did manage to park our car there for the 1 night. Room is average Japanese size small but comfortable enough. There is a microwave oven by the lift for our use as well. An unremarkable but comfortable stay here."

"Tämä suloinen majatalo sijaitsee reilun 12 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä miltä tahansa asemalta. Kuitenkin kävelet kauniin Ujin asuinalueen läpi, olemme paikallisia asukkaita. Täällä ei ole matkailua. Myös ravintolat muutaman minuutin sisällä. Huone on isompi kuin useimmat japanilaiset, ja siinä on sohva. Kylpyhuone on niin söpö ja kompakti, mutta täysin käyttökelpoinen ja puhdas. Hyvä vedenpaine ja kuuma. Nautin Sencha-teetä keittiössä. Olet omasi, kun kirjaudut sisään ja olet tervetullut käyttämään keittiötä ja ruokailutiloja. Suosittelisin meitä pienelle perheelle"

"It's OK, but the public toilet is still inconvenient. The tatami is hard and uncomfortable, and the pillow is very high. The soundproofing is average, but the people are of high quality, so it's not too noisy. There is a kitchen on the second floor. In addition to tea and coffee, there is also beer on weekdays! If you want to experience tatami, you can come and stay for a while. The price is too high on weekends, not worth it."

"The room was very clean and new. The women's room was on the third floor, which was safe and private. The separate bathrooms with wet and dry areas and the Japanese-style layout were excellent. The location was quiet in a residential area, and it was only a 20-minute walk from the attractions, with opportunities to admire local houses along the way. This guesthouse is a safe and reliable choice, and I would definitely stay here again next time."
