gym not working during my stay. Room have mosquitoes and no ev charging facilities. Its great disappointments!

Trip.com must have an option to allow the hotel to inform the guests that certain amenities are under repair, if i know the gym is not available i wouldnt have spent so much staying in this hotel, and this hotel should consider provide ev charging to their guests.
