晚上9點到店，竟然無人接待。説是酒店其實衹有4間房，房門帶密碼鎖更像民宿。找了攜程小助理，聯繫後説前台到8：30下班了，但未提前告知，也未留下任何通知。等到9：30才有人打電話告知開鎖密碼進入房間。 位置不錯，設施齊全。房間寬敞。服務實在太差了。 攜程小助理不錯，北京時間夜裡3點聯繫秒回，直到解決問題。

超級棒的體驗，最最中心的地理位置，熱情的工作人員，乾淨寬敞的房間，無比推薦！

I travel to Udine 4 times a year, and I always stay at Oriana. Staff is wonderful the rooms are modern spacious and very clean. I recommend everyone staying at this property. Bravo!
