We stayed for 3 nights and spent most of the time in hotel. We had a good experience in this hotel and it is well enough to be recommended for the new guests. Food is very good as compared to other options available in katra regarding taste and cost. Thanks for the wonderful service

Near main market. Niharika building is near by. Famous food courts in katra are very close. Rooms are specious and in big size. Parking space enough for comfort We recommend this hotel for ever one as our experience is very good Rooms are very neat and clean

I recently stayed at the Jai Maa inn Hotel and had a very good experience. The hotel's location is quite convenient situated in a easy access to local attractions and transport facilities. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful stay. The hotel offers a range of amenities including free Wi-Fi, and a decent breakfast and Lunch. The staff were courteous and attentive, always willing to help with any requests or questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth processes. Jai maa inn Hotels provides good value for money with its comfortable rooms and friendly service. While there are areas that could use improvement, particularly in terms of modernizing facilities, it’s a solid choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay in a central location.

This is best ever option I have explored in Katra as I have been visiting this holy city from last 10 years. Preferably, rooms are very clean and in big size. Food options and simple taste feels like home cooked. Staff is very charming and have good communication skills See u next time

I booked hotel JAI MA IN from makemytrip for one night the Hotel was outstanding. We booked this hotel for the first time. Rooms : Lobby manager given us best rooms with very big as compared to other hotels in katra. Also it’s well furnished I geve 10 out of 10 to rooms of this hotel hotel lobby also specious and clean staff of hotel was helping and polite everything was superb Hotel location is also approaching *** bazar and mani road shop medical store restaurant everything is approached WiFi was slow but it’s ok Hotel Jai ma inn is good in all aspects we will recommend to everybody … thank u Jai Mata

Very good hotel in katra, specially staff were very helpful and courteous, kudos to them. Food was good as well, our room was big enough, this hotel have lift too so if you have any mobility issue you can consider it, location is good too near to helipad

We stay 2 days in Jai Ma Inn Hotel, Compairing other hotels Jai Ma Inn hotel is Very Good Hotel. Only Breakfast item is limited. CLEANNESS - 10 FOOD - 8 SERVICE - 8 LOCATION - 8 ROOM - 10 Atmosphere - 10

We were looking for property in Katra for my client, we suggested few properties name to him, but at last client gave this name to proceed further. On initial basis they (hotel management) pretended to be nice, but once you paid them complete amount they change their way of talking and everything. They asked for payment from client while check in, when it’s been already been done from our side day prior. Shared everything over the email and WhatsApp even though they didn’t bother to update that in their system and continuously argued on call. Their team didn’t update the name of client as well, so when my client arrived they keep on searching and telling that there is no booking with so N so name, though it was already been shared over the email and WhatsApp. Unfortunately, these things created unwanted hassle for us and for client too as in Katra mostly people have to face network problem. Somehow my client called me up and explained all these things. For the same when we tried to reach the hotel management, they have taken it very casually and blamed us that we are creating scene. As per the manager whom I was in touch for this booking, it’s normal. They asked for amount while checking in though it’s already paid, or they will not update the correct booking name, so you feel yourself in trouble in no network zone. *Suggestion:* Think before you go ahead with this property. Highly unprofessional attitude of hotel staff.
