I will start with the positives.. the staff were friendly and promptly helped us with a few things. Although the breakfast space was empty, they made really nice breakfast. I also was so desperate for chai and they provided us with instant chai in the rooms which was a god send for me. With regards to the accommodation, although it was really big and spacious, it was freezing cold! You could feel cold air coming from the windows. There was no point in having a fan or AC in there and we didn’t even use it. When we got in and saw the bed sheet, it was dull and had marks, as-well as hair. We asked them to change it straight away which they did. I am very particular about bathrooms- if you are not then maybe ignore this. But I was not impressed at all. If you have a shower or bath then the water goes everywhere, when you use the toilet the floor is all wet. The decor all looks modern but they still use a geezer and trying to wash your hair was a nightmare. We had a bucket bath and we only got one bucket of hot water, after that it was freezing. My dad said the shower was a bit better so maybe try that. I am grateful to the staff but overall I was not comfortable or happy and won’t be coming back.

Hotel is situated in the city area hence it is very convenient to access mall, pichola lake, fatehsagar lake very nearer from the hotel. Hotel facility os nice, swimming pool and garden facility is also good.

Over all good. Good facilities, really enjoyed. For two days, breakfast was really great. Telephone line was not working. And toilet flush, watertwnk was not performing well after using once. U have to wait to fill up that tank again if somebody wants use it again. Overall challening but good.

I visited oriental resorts from 1st january to 3rd january 2023 with my family. It's a good hotel. The ambience is good and also the food options are very nice

Know through friends, staying comfortable, nice location and service, all staff treat us nicely and co-operate, overall experience good, food are good, and swimming facility are good we enjoy a lot, we book resort for two days during this we enjoy very much, beautiful garden, pool, gym, restaurent facility are good children are very happy during stay they enjoyed a lot

Rooms are in very bad condition. Bath tub chocked, foul & dirty water in wash basin, commode cister not working. Tv not working. Not worth for the price i spent on booking.

Review for Inaara Restaurant - within the premise- Till sancks it was great, गड़बड़ dinner के टाइम हुई, क्या वो आप नीचे point wise समझिए- - ordered mix veg और क्लियर बोला था फूल गोभी न डाले, फिर भी केवल फूल गोभी और मटर डाल कर mix veg ले आए, वापस भेजा चेंज करने को तो dinner finish होने तक उसका अता पता ही नहीं. - पता नही स्टाफ आज ज्यादा था या नया था, उन्हें टेबल कैसे attend करनी है उसका कोई पता ही नही पड़ रहा, dinner के टाइम बुला बुला कर रिपीट करना पड़ा, बस सब दूर खड़े देख रहे थे. - छाछ का ऑर्डर देने के बाद भी वो नही लाए. - मैं वैसे रेस्ट्रो और स्टाफ की आलोचना नहीं करता क्योंकि काफी मेहनत का काम है पर आज भूखा उठना पड़ा even after the handsome amount of invoice तो बुरा लगा (table of 13 pax) - खैर ध्यान देने और स्टाफ को ट्रेनिंग की जरूरत है बाकी थोड़ा बहुत जो खाया टेस्ट सही था
