We had a very good stay at Medalio for 3 days. Location of the property is very good as it is bit out of the city chaos.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND INEXCUSABLE! This so-called “3- star hotel” is an absolute disgrace. Dirty, contaminated water was pouring out of the bathroom tap, making it impossible to take a bath. The water was filthy and smelled horrible—completely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that claims to be luxurious. What’s even worse? The reception staff’s attitude was shameful. After reporting this disgusting issue, they made no effort to resolve it and didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge their fault. Instead, they left me waiting for hours without a single update or solution. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is outrageous. For a hotel of this supposed standard, failing to provide something as basic as CLEAN WATER is utterly inexcusable. This experience was not just inconvenient but utterly revolting. If you value your health, sanity, or money, stay as far away from this place as possible. The management clearly doesn’t care about their guests, their reputation, or basic hygiene.

Came after a long drive from Delhi and had a beautiful stay! The staff, rooms and food were top notch! Highly recommend!

It was nice staying at this hotel with this type of wonderful facilities I would love staying in this hotel and also recommend other people who ever comes to Udaipur to stay in this hotel. The facilities and staffs were really good and at reasonable price it's good place to stay thank you for this wonderful services and keep doing this good work.

We stayed for 2 nights and the experience was excellent. Starting from the Security guards, the Reception, Restaurant staff, Room service staff etc. are very welcoming and courteous. Also the breakfast they serve has a comprehensive menu which suits the people of every age group and taste. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Also the room service is very quick. The garden, pool and the landscaping add to the warmness of the place.
