Hotel Sargam Sadan

Excellent hôtel pour son emplacement très proche du centre et dans un lieu calme au bord du lac, nous avons aussi apprécié sa qualité de prestation. L’accueil est chaleureux et possible en français. Les chambres sont propres et très spacieuses pour les deluxe.

I stayed with my wife and 2 kids. Following are my honest points - (1) location is poor, hotel is built very close to the shamshaan & kabristaan, and also slightly cutoff from city and is on a secluded corner of lake where there are no people around and lake is not managed at all. Even auto drivers take min 200-300 rs coming to hotel and even some autos refuse to go. (2) hotel provides only 1 liter of water (2 bottles of half litre) in room per day. We were 4 guests in room and obviously 1 litre is too low. I have been to other hotels and generally trend is providing 2 bottles of 1 litre. I asked them and they said that it costs, so you can imagine hotel does not want to spend rs 20 on water bottle for the guest. Mind you the amount i paid was at par with rates of 4 star hotel in any good city. (3) lake view restaurant is good, staff of restaurant is good. Food is good. (4) don't go by the views of lake given in pictures as you will not be spending whole day sitting in window watching the view. Moreover, i would say view is from far and is average view only. (5) staff is okay and is just following the guidelines set by the owner. (6) in the name of lake view this hotel is charging a lot, and imagine hotei staff saying that if they provide rs 20 bottle water, it will be an additional cost to them. I paid exorbitant price which i felt if i had taken a hotel near city palace or in the city then it wud have been better and wud have saved me on travel-ling cost and time. (7) room size of deluxe room is small, i booked one month before travel-ling and i was provided a room where there were two single beds, after complaining they changed the next day. So, it shows there is no planning at all, they had my all details one month before and still they gave me double room for first day.

Un hôtel très calme au bord du lac , les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Le restaurant en rooftop est très agréable. Le personnel est attentioné. Un lieu qui es une halte très paisible , reposante et situé près de la vieille ville à pied

Es un hotel economico, ubicado en frente del lago Pichola un poco alejado de la parte centrica habitacione comoda con linda vista al lago Tiene una terraza en donde se desayuna y tambien se puede almorzar y cenar con unas vistas muy lindas Personal muy amable recomendable

Really friendly staff with an amazing rooftop with a chilled vibe and view across the lake. The food was fantastic too and all the staff charming. Cute bedrooms overlooking the lake with 15 minute walk into old town so very conveniently located or you can easily get a tuk tuk too.

Good quality and reasonable hotel walking distance from bridges into town centre market area and palace etc. Staff all very accommodating, English speaking, and welcoming. Room spotlessly clean. Restaurant (rooftop places available) was excellent in terms of quality and value for money. Chicken lollipops were to die for. Would highly recommend
