24 hrs hot water not available. No geyser in bathroom. If you want to leave early in morning, (7. 30 am, you will not get any response from staff, all will be sleeping, no drinking water, hot water for bath will be available. Nobody pick up phone. I don't know whether restaurant is operational.

The room is not right and the room service is also not right and the behavior of the hotel staff is also not right. As per the amount paid, the facilities of the room were not there, tv was not working in the room and hot water was also not coming.

Hotel's location is okay but it's service & hygiene is trash. The bed sheets, pillow cover were dirty & smelly there were few hairs as it wasn't changed before we check in and we told them to change it but they didn't had pillow covers and only one bed sheet which was also dirty, & they didn't change pillow covers. As we see bathroom, toilet there was a smell of some dead bird or animal or something nasty, we told them 2 times then still they couldn't figure out the root cause of smell and they just spread perfume. Hence it was a very bad experience.

The staff behavior and support was great. I really like that. However the maintenance of room was poor. Toilets of the room was not upto the mark. The room lights and television were not working
