The Fern Bambora Fort, Bambora, Udaipur

If you are willing for off-road rural scenic drive to reach to this fort, it is well deserved. Rustic feeling of rooms and ambience connects you with history without you missing luxuries of modern world. All aspects of the fort cum hotel are worth exploring giving feel of cosy private property in the middle of unknown rural set up. Worth visiting for good food, great service and cordial staff.

The hotel is in a good location, but the main road to the hotel road is rough and rocky. You will feel like royalty at the hotel. In our experience, the swimming pool experience was not good, because when we went to bathe in the swimming pool, there were no guards there, everything was not as clean as it should be, the changing room was not well organized, we did everything ourselves and we felt the lack of any supporting staff there. This is a good place to stay, if you don't mind the swimming pool. Restaurant and food quality is very good. Our overall experience is good.

Came here to celebrate my wife's birthday...And My experience was simply fantastic...the staff was very helpful and courteous..they even arrange a complimentary cake n decor for my wife..the food was very delicious..the ambience of the property and room were good..overall we had great stay and experience..highly recommendable...

It is roughly 50 kilometers from Udaipur city, so if you are planning a trip here, you should have your own car for convenient transportation to see sites like Jaismand Lake, Hingada Mata Mandir, etc. Everything else was a wonderful experience.

The heritage property is a good place for relaxed vacation with family and friends. I went with the family and found the property to be peaceful and the staff was very friendly. The food especially was like homemade and had great taste. Surjoy and Hemmant did a great service.
