Trash central...loud parking lots @ 3am,trash thru out the lot & hallways,barking dogs 24/7, graffiti in laundry room, which has coin stealing washers&dryers..not working, elevator constantly not operational, so guests have to climb up four floors..WITH HEAVY LUGGAGE Both 'mgr' & staff need to be fired, like yesterday

Avoid this place, its disgusting, they do not clean it. Floor 3 smells of ****. There are people living in these rooms. Our room was dirty, plenty of bugs to squish. Bathroom was not clean, edging coming off sink stand, ceiling vent full of dust and dirt. Floor dirty. Had to wash your feet before you put socks and shoes on. Kitching was falling apart. Not that there was a single plate, pot, pan, cutlery etc. Not even a kettle. Bedding had stains, windows dirty. We had to buy a scented candle ti burn 24/7 to get rid of the smell. Phones in the rooms were not working. My parents room was no better.

Will NEVER EVER stay at this hotel again. ZERO stars. We had to book the hotel with the only available room when we urgently needed one, this was the only SUPPOSEDLY pet friendly hotel available on the day we had to stay at the hotel due to AC issues. Quite a few flying bugs, we were not given the furniture, or the room needed that we asked in our call to an agent when we prebooked (another MAJOR issue), so we had to bring a lot of our stuff to get us barely comfortable--considering I am now wheelchair bound and needed to sleep on a couch to get comfortable enough to sleep. I already indicated at check in that I'm checking in with two CATS, and paid for BOTH of them, but the very RUDE "manager" of the Tyler, TX hotel YELLED at us upon checkout for bringing in cats. Since when did PET FRIENDLY meant only DOGS? And I have PROOF of the payment wherein the FINE PRINT clearly said, and I quote from the email: " Pet maximum weight in lb is 50. Maximum number of pets per room 2. Only dogs and cats are allowed. Pet maximum weight in kg is 23. Service animals are allowed. Service animals are exempt from fees/restrictions. Pets allowed." Will NEVER EVER recommend this "hotel" And linen service? I have NEVER stayed anywhere that I was charged separately for clean towels.
