Assigned ground floor room. Beside pedestrian, many people walked by and car driving through, very noisy.
Water drop from the bathroom roof lamp when bathing.
Terrible and afraid of getting electric shock.
Although I reserved 3 nights, I quit after a night stayed there.
Very bad experience.

I logged in my account on Travelodge website. It is impossible to get to the payment page to complete a booking. Page is on permanent buffering non stop. Tried on 2 laptops and smartphone, 3 browsers, nothing is blocked in my settings. Only way to go forward to payment page is to book outside of Travelodge account, so no point having an account. This is the third time this has happened in my 3 attempts to use the website, in September, October 2024, January 2025. So no record is kept of my room bookings and loyalty. I wasted 6 hours trying to do a simple booking online. Also phone number for hotel is not answering, and is different on the booking confirmation.

I recently stayed at Travelodge Twickenham and had a great experience. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from the Twickenham train station and close to Twickenham Stadium, making it ideal for anyone attending events or exploring the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a short stay. It had everything I needed, including a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The noise levels were minimal, which was a pleasant surprise given the central location. What really stood out was the excellent customer service, especially from a staff member named Venky. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Venky’s professionalism and helpful attitude made the check-in process smooth and added a personal touch to my visit. He was always available to answer questions and assist with anything I needed, which made a big difference. While the hotel is budget-friendly, the service felt premium, thanks to staff like Venky. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn’t very strong, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I’d recommend Travelodge Twickenham for its great location, clean rooms, and excellent service. I’d happily stay here again.

As I arrived late in the evening and was off by 11am the next morning, I didn’t have the opportunity to use the dining facilities but my room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower and plenty of hot water. I was very happy with the 12 noon check out, as it was late by the time my head hit the pillow and I didn’t feel I had a rushed departure.

Was a Lovely stay and clean room housekeeper Zoe was lovely she helped me out with my shower went down to say about the shower went back up stairs and Zoe was fixing it for me so quick service was so happy will be back again train station 2 minutes walk bars and shops 5 minutes walk. Thank u all Zoe who works there is a lovey kind person Also thank you Marta for getting me a cab when I needed to go out

Lovely location. Good bar choices. Accessibility is amazing the acessible rooms and hotel are fully accessible. The area is quite accessible as well. Pet friendly with a 20 fee per booking. Kind, helpful and efficient staff. Clean rooms.

Lovely rooms. Such friendly and helpful staff. Great supervisor and manager. Good bar. Great location. Clean and tidy. Super rooms are fantastic. Shower is good. They have hairdryers and irons. Pet friendly for only 20 per booking. Close to nice bars and restaurants.
