The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need: gas range, full-size fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Ninja Blender, Keurig, coffee press, teapot, full set of pots and pans, spices, utensils, and dishware. With dining room seating for six. There is also have a high chair in the hall closet. There are three bedrooms- the master comes with a king memory foam mattress. The other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. All bedrooms come with a full-length mirror, ceiling fans, and plenty of room to hang your clothes. As well as night-stand lights with USB charging ports. There are two full baths and we provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a hairdryer. Full-size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. The outdoor space has a large fire pit, fully fenced backyard, string lighting, plenty of seating, and amazing views! We are pet-friendly (max 2) for a non-refundable $100 pet fee. Please let us know when you book if you're bringing pet(s). Comfortably fit 2 cars in the driveway and ample space on street in front and side of the house (we are a corner lot) Heat/Cooling- The house has a commercial-grade swamp cooler and wall heaters. In addition, there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and 1 portable heaters. Please bring firewood if you want to use the indoor fireplace or outdoor firepit.
