Get a wall mounted console table/workdesk in the room. Breakfast is simple but overall is good.

Request for a table and hotel staff provide it to me. Not many choices for breakfast but overall is good.

Only hotel in Town Nice hotel in centre of town, not very busy. Staff helpful but could not take security deposit of $50 on credit card.....insisted on cash but waived fee when I protested. Limited menu - same for both lunch and dinner - staff helpful and available but not very pro-active.

Excellent service and receptionist were super friendly! Pool with a view of Tutong River - had a morning swim. Super relax. A nice getaway for 1 night stay. Sunset at the beach is only 6 minutes away from the hotel via car. A lot of eateries nearby the hotel.

I had a very nice time from the room being spotless , to the lovely breakfast buffet and not to mention the pool side view that was to die for. All the staff were so friendly and were so helpful. I will definitely be coming back again sometime soon.

It was a very relaxing stay with a beautiful view of Sungai Tutong! The Deluxe Suite was lovely and cozy. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back. I highly recommend for all those in need of a breather!!

Cannot access to my Netflix and still can hear noises from next door..

Went for a staycation over Eid celebration, the rooms and hospitality we received was excellent. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, facilities such as the gym and the swimming pool worth checking out as it has an amazing view of Tutong River ( recommended to look during the early morning) as well when the sun set. So you have the best of both time from here. In terms of finding food, the building is strategically located in the middle of food haven, you could just use Google Map ＞ Restaurants to check. Apart from that, you can also order room service. The Laksa and Fish & Chips was so good! Either way there is a supermarket on the Ground Level which can be access from the ground lobby if you want to grab some snacks or other amenities. I don't have much to say about the rooms as it was well maintained and clean. The wifi has good coverage too. Overall, we were happy with the services hopefully, we will have another chance to stay there again. Thank you Lanes Hotel!

overall excellent service &, condition..it's just that, I don't know how to change the TV channel.if I'm at 40 have difficulty with it, can you imagine what people age 50-60 difficultiness with it? but overall just perfect

overall was great, the service, the breakfast, hotel design & layout, the only problem was the bed, it was not comfortable and thin walls making it too noisy

Love the pool, the room and the staff. Would love to come back again
