We had a lovely family holiday in October 2024. My children (5&7) loved it. They particularly loved the Mini Club and would have gone every day had I let them! The location is stunning with Turunc itself a short walk away. It was nice to have an evening stroll around the shops. We used the taxi boats on two days which was nice. Went to Maramaris and Ichmeler. The hotel's beach was OK but the big treat was walking down the tunnel cave and snorkeling off the end. The pools were very cold due to the time of year and they didn't warm up as it took quite a while for the sun to get round. I imagine it's quite a relief in the height of summer. We used the onsite waterpark during its operating hours. The kids enjoyed the slides and there were no queues as it was very quiet overall in the hotel. The room was great - sea and pool view with a separate bedroom for the kids. I had to ask for several blankets as I was soooo cold on a night! Didn't seem to bother anyone except me. Food was fine, typical AI. I'm vegetarian and did find it difficult for a 'main meal' on a couple of nights but there was always something. The bread and salad options were delicious. My husband liked the many fish options. Slight gripe was as it was the end of the season slyhe drinks were hot and miss with stock. In the last 4 days or so there was only beer available at the water park. Not exactly suitable for kids. Overall it was a wonderful holiday which didn't break the bank.

I cannot believe the positive comments, because this was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever been. Horribly bad food, tasteless entertainment. The only positives were young staff members trying their best under worst management and good location of the hotel. Marketing team probably doing a good job too because I feel lucky booking it only for 3 days and not more.

Bir çok yerde kaldım beklentimi karşıladı. Genel anlamda çok güzel yalnızca yataklar değişirse uyku kalitesi artabilir. Yemekler lezzetli, çeşitler yeterli. Çay çok güzel Barmenler ve servis personelleri güler yüzlüler, ilgili ve alakalılar. Denizi ***et güzel ve temiz. Sıcaklığı tam istediğim gibi. Ege taraflarını sevenler tatil için burayı tercih edebilirler.

Sorry for the caps in the review title but I had to grab your attention. The Hotel does not cater for any dietary needs nor any allergen needs. Let that sink in a little. Are you vegetarian? Vegan perhaps? Allergic to Gluten? Or Nuts? Or Cats? If so, you will have an allergic reaction if you stay here or at the very least be unable to stick to your dietary regimen. No labels on much of the food including no allergen information. Cats walking around inside the food halls. Yes walking aound the seating area and inside the food halls too. Cross-contamination of utensils i.e. tongs, ladles etc being used and swapped amongst dishes etc. The stuff of nightmares if you have allergies. Dilapidated rooms needing refurbishment and no-cleaning being carried out for the entirety of our stay. At best this is a 3 star hotel. Rude hotel management and a ridiculously arrogant attitude towards diets and allergies. The manager told us confidently: "We don't have customers with allergies here" and that catering to dietary and allergen needs simply isn't in the concept of the hotel. See the attached photo for proof....yes he actually put it in writing for us! Other staff are hit and miss. Some are helpful (Dilon, Semet & Ozlem are excellent) but most are disinterested and reflect poorly on the brand. My daughter had a severe allergic reaction to peanuts on our first night and was terrified to eat anything for the rest of our stay. The management told us it was out problem and not theirs. They even tried to stick us with the doctors bill after they confirmed they'd given us the wrong information about what was safe to eat! Our biggest fear is that eventually someone here will lose their life due to the pig-faced ignorance and arrogance of the hotel management. We were astonished that in 2024 anyone operating in the hospitality sector could be quite so out of touch with reality. Once again....I would avoid this place like the plague...there are far better hotels in Turkey than this place. Note: There were other issues too which are important too such as the spa treatment centre being unsecure. My Wife was having a massage and the door was opened midway during the treatment by a member of staff as they entered to get some oils. No knock on the door or anything. Shambolic & unprofessional.

Room was dirty when arrived, got given different room but aircon didnt work. The food was same!Our holiday rep lied to us and took 220£ that he never returned! Beware and dont be fooled by guy called Sezar! Biggest liar!works for OnTheBeach!
