Turrialtico Lodge

Einfaches und abgelegenes Hotel, aber mit schöner Aussicht. Positiv war, dass wegen der defekten Dusche sofort ein Ersatzzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Sehr negativ, dass am Waschtisch kein Warmwasser zur Verfügung stand, internationaler Standard ist hier offensichtlich nicht bekannt.

I went with a group of about 21 people, and I can heartedly say that all 21 of us would rate Turrialtico a 5/5. Not only does the online description promise what is offered, but it honestly doesn’t do complete justice of what is given. As many of my fellow reviewers have said, Adriana and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were beyond hospitable and felt like an extended family by the time we left. They were eager to assist in any way possible and were always serving with a smile- morning to night. There was one instance where one of the people in our group felt sick, and Adriana, without hesitation, offered some warm peppermint tea. She also realized how much I loved her Picante sauce and gave me some to take with me and the recipe so I could make it at home. Overall, I’d highly recommend Turrialtico to those who wish to feel more than just random guests and want to experience the true hospitality Costa Rica has to offer.

Los visitamos este fin de semana y quedamos encantados con el lugar y la atención,. La cama y las almohadas son sumamente cómodas, todo está sumamente limpio, la regadera es una delicia tomas un buen año a cualquier hora, si abres la ventana de atrás puedes escuchar la naturaleza y las habitaciones son amplias, lo único que se podría mejorar es que no había televisión y el internet no era muy estable. El desayuno típico es una maravilla la tortilla con queso es una delicia el sabor de gallo pinto es espectacular el único pero aquí es que solo ofrecen bebidas calientes (té y café). Las vistas son maravillosas, respiras aire puro mientras estará rodeado de la naturaleza. Este es el mejor hospedaje al que hemos ido en Turrialba, Lo recomendamos 100%

This was a beautiful experience. The lodge is rustic but comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great meals and drinks. Beautful views from my room and the restaurant. I highly recommend the Turrialtico Lodge.
