Bed&Breakfast Tuure

They own both the bed and breakfast and some apartments in a old building that is under renovation. I was unlucky enough to stay in one of their apartments. The whole building is under renovation from Monday to Sunday and noise is unsustainable all day long. Works in the building started in August 2022 and are not finishing before January 2023, but the owner didn't inform me when I booked the apartment in August 2022. The apartment was cold and without heating. I complained a lot about noise in the building (there was the noise of a jack hammer all day long) and poor conditions, the owner told me I could leave without even taking responsibility for the damages he caused to me during my stay and without even suggesting a discount. The bed is not a real bed with matress, it is like a quite cheap sofa. Also che door was difficult to open, and one of the neighbours told me that "it is always the same issue" and clients always complain about that. The apartment, one room, was clearly too small compared to the price I was asked to pay. Considering the noise, the lack of information from the owner, the difficult communication, I can clearly say: A clear waste of money, for poor quality, noise all the time, no heating and door not working properly. What a shame.
