Long Beach Harmony

The hotel is tired and in need of updating poor quality finish definitely not 5 star. Poor quality customer service ignored by staff in all restaurants at every sitting, constantly having to get your own cutlery and reset your own table. No staff interaction unless they are wanting to sell you something. Average food at best , slightly better around pool areas. No service lifts so workers trying to push in lifts with trolleys. Wife ran in to with a trolley full of beer kegs which one fell off injuring her leg and foot, not even an apology by the worker. Complained to reception about this only to be looked at with a blank expression. Hotel staff very poor English. With little willingness or motivation to help . I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one most certainly isn’t. I will be Leaving in two days and will not be recommending this hotel

This hotel is great and I had a really wonderful experience there. The entertainment was great, there is many pools to go to each day & huge slides ! The food however wasn't so great, they must cook with plastic gloves because near enough every dish I had tasted like plastic but the desserts did not. The Bars serve many drinks and offers many options for kids to choose from too. The drive from the airport to the hotel is tiresome so good luck with that lol. The hotel rooms are great but they probably vary, I was on the 6th floor room 6521 and the view was amazing - two floors and both had great views upper with a roof window and lower with balcony. I went in the heatwave so it was such an amazing experience and wish everyone who goes to have a wonderful trip!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Long Beach Harmony hotel in Alanya, and overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's friendly atmosphere and beautiful surroundings captivated us. The staff, including Feyeme from reception and Irina from Guest Relations, were exceptional in their hospitality, making our stay all the more memorable. One aspect that particularly stood out was the quality and variety of the food provided at the hotel. We found ourselves looking forward to every meal, as the dishes were not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared. The culinary team truly went above and beyond to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The hotel's territory was immaculately maintained, allowing us to relax and unwind amidst its picturesque beauty. The lush greenery, sparkling pools, and stunning beachfront provided the perfect backdrop for a peaceful vacation. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's services exceeded our expectations. Our room was consistently clean, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. In fact, the cleaning staff did such a fantastic job that we even went out of our way to find the person responsible to show our appreciation, despite forgetting to leave a tip in the designated box. However, we did encounter a small issue during our check-out, which left a bit of a sour taste in an otherwise exceptional experience. We had requested a late check-out until 18:00 due to our transfer being scheduled for 8 p.m. Initially, we were offered the option to pay €60 to stay until 16:00. Later, another receptionist assured us that we could stay until 18:00 without any charges, which we were extremely grateful for. In light of this, we left a €40 tip as a gesture of our appreciation. Unfortunately, upon contacting another receptionist named Kristina on the check-out day at 2 p.m., our experience turned unpleasant. She rudely ordered us to immediately vacate the room without any greetings or understanding. Even when we politely explained the previous arrangement, she responded disrespectfully, insisting that we should be grateful for the time spent until 2 p.m. This led to a chaotic and rushed departure, with constant interruptions from hotel personnel, creating unnecessary stress for us and our four-year-old child. Despite this unfortunate incident, we would still highly recommend Long Beach Harmony hotel for its exceptional facilities, delectable cuisine, and attentive staff. We genuinely believe that this incident involving Kristina was an isolated occurrence and not reflective of the overall service provided by the hotel. We stayed in rooms 3438 and 3426 from June 29th to July 6th, 2023, and apart from this unforeseen incident, our time at Long Beach Harmony hotel was filled with wonderful memories. We hope that this feedback helps the hotel maintain its high standards of customer service and resolve any issues that may arise in the future. We look forwar

This hotel is absolutely beautiful... lots to do and the bar staff and lifeguards are absolutely amazing. The only negative experience I had was quite a big one . And I was standing brushing my teeth in my bathroom and my cleaner came in to ask when I was going to be tipping her. I then said that I leave a big tip at the end of my holiday to say, thank you. She then said she would not be cleaning my room. Some days we had no towels at all and for 3/4 days in a row, she didn't clean our room. My sister was in the room next door and her room and towels were cleaned every single day. I didn't let this ruin my holiday, but it was not a nice experience. I then paid her tip to the beautiful staff in the pool bar instead.

This was my 3rd time to this hotel. Much better than the other times I'd been. Check in was lovely, staff polite, put in a duplex room in Harmony, which was really nice. Unfortunately it didn't suit us with having 3 adults in the room as it was open plan up stairs. Great for a couple with young children though. We were moved to a 2 bedroom family room. This was beautiful. The cleaner for our room was just great. Lovely woman. Food was better this year by far. Still prefer the harmony restaurant . Long beach side is far too busy for our family. Lovely waiters too. Always helpful. The staff at the hotel were constantly cleaning, day and night. What an improvement. Was nice that 2 water parks were heated. Massive selling point in my eyes. Infinity pool also heated. It is a shame the main pool isn't heated. It Was also nice to see lots more English at the hotel. We managed without a late Check out room. The harmony spa has showers, lockers and hairdryers . Hopefully see you again next October.
