Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

We have just finished our stay at the Numa Bay, there was a bit of an issue at the start where we were offered an upgrade to our rooms however the ‘upgrade’ was just to one room albeit better it only had one bathroom as there were so many of us we needed the second bathroom, as we had arrived at 3am this issue needed to be sorted out in the morning, after a bit of back and forth with the reception staff Dean at guest relations was able to sort our situation out and I must say really made sure we were looked after for the rest of the holiday. Victor who made sure we always had a drink to hand in the evening and Dean really made our stay special. The entertainment was also very good throughout the week with different kinds of entertainment being laid on which kept things fresh.

Отель просто невероятный ))) обслуживание, уборка номеров - все на высшем уровне здесь услышат все ваши пожелания и учтут их ))) очень хорошее расположение бассейнов - есть и для маленьких детей, и для взрослых и для семей (где могут купаться как и взрослые так и дети)

Пишу отзыв, хоть и поздно) Отдыхали с семьей в конце мая. Живем в Алании. Поехали специально, чтобы отметить день рождения мужа, сына и брата. На ресепшн сотрудники когда узнали, что у нас 3 именинника, то сделали апгрейд стандарт номера до swim-up номеров и бесплатный ужин в мясном аля-карт ресторане. Огромная благодарность за это сотрудникам Yakup Akan, Esat Kartal и Mustafa Kara. Было очень приятно и мы вкусно поужинали. Об отеле: отель компактный, все в шаговой доступности, очень активная анимация. Было весело и интересно. Единственное что нас удивило, это то, что в СПА хамам и сауна платные. Просто так не зайти не попариться. Мы удивились, так как в Турции в отелях сауны и паровые комнаты бесплатны. Платно только СПА процедуры, массаж, пилинг и т.д. А просто так зайти погреться не получится. Но несмотря на это отель оставил очень приятные впечатления и могу советовать его для пар без детей и с детьми дошкольного возраста.

great family room, resort nice and clean made really good memories there to last a life time 👌 entertainment was gd for kids and adults, music goes off between 11 and 12. if u manage to speak to deano he will sort u anything out nothing is ever to much hassle and has knowledge for pretty much anything holiday wise, top guy 5 star

We travelled in July and returned after our first stay to Turkey. We travelled with 2 children. We arrived early hours of the morning as a party of 5 and were given 2 rooms in opposite buildings which wasn't ideal as we had to split the children up, however, the staff kindly moved us into a shared family room the next morning which was very helpful despite being an inconvenience for us to pack up and move on day 1. The staff are amazing here, Victor in the main lobby area is just so lovely and attentive, Ramazan from the pool area was just the most lovely and hard working man and Dean from the Guest Relations Team is an absolute star, hes always visible in resort making sure everything is okay and sharing his wisdom about the Numa Bay and the local area. Positives: + The staff are absolutely amazing here they are so kind, attentive and hard working + Rooms are lovely. Fabulous air conditioning, comfy beds and pillows, TVs in each room and they are cleaned every day + A La Carte - we had a Chinese meal and it was absolutely amazing, however, you need to book asap due to limited availability + Pools and Beach (plenty of sunbeds, most are reserved by 8am around the main pool but there's always some around the smaller children's pool which is close by) + Entertainment - if you like joining in with animation teams etc there's always something to do (water polo, football, darts, water aerobics etc) the shows at night are fabulous and the children's garden party with bouncy castles was amazing. + Snack bar food is amazing *Negatives + The Pool toilets are really smelly and unclean i would not use them. + Pool area is very noisy (music starts pumping at 10am and is on all day and night making it difficult to relax and sleep or read through the day.) Sometimes music and packing up of stages carried on past 12am. If you like an early chilled night or a lie in this will be a problem. + The food is nice there's always something to eat but the restaurant is seriously overcrowded at peak times to the point it puts you off going in. People push and shove and there's just no order at all. The grill area we always had to queue for. We never ate a meal together due to overcrowding and having to save tables and go up individually. There's a nice terrace open at tea time you can utilise which is lovely. Staff up there are lovely. + Queuing for everything. Drinks, food etc. The staff work so hard but there's simply not enough of them. The waffle corner is fantastic but only open a few hours and you'll queue for 20 mins + Slides are only open from 10am until 12pm and 14:00pm until 16:30pm (kids constantly use them despite being closed hence the lifeguard blowing their whistle every 30 seconds to try and stop them, but nobody seems to take any notice) it is a concern as lifeguards are not always present, however, the parents and carers are at fault. + Constant mithering from people around the pool trying to sell things (photographs, massages and spa, ta

Мы с мужем отдыхаем в этом отличном отеле уже в третии раз.Хочется выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу,особенно девочкам по работе с гостями Ренате,Диане,эти девчонки огонь,любая проблема для них решаема.Сам отель "Нума Бэй Эксклюзив" современный,чистый,уютный.Всегда вкусная еда,напитки,разнообразие фруктов.Уезжать конечно от сюда не хочется,хочется возвращаться сюда и не раз.Всем советую этот благородный,наилучший отель.Говорить можно много,но лучше приехать и убедиться самим насколько "Нума Бэй Эксклюзив"
