Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

отдыхали в конце октября, начало ноября, 10 дней понравилось - вкусная и разная еда - обалденные вкусные Алякарт, даже оставили чаевые - красивые номера - большая красивая территория - свой выход к пляжу, как часть отеля - много деревьев у пляжа и сделано это в виде беседки, оч красиво - много перексов и снеков - хороший фитнес зал с полотенцами, но они часто заканчивались - на хелоин было красивое шоу - есть тарелка орешек для пива недостатки - холодный басики везде, кроме который внутри, он теплый, но маленький и в нем никого нет - детский басик очень холодный - в последние 5 дней до закрытия кончился хороший виски ред и блек лейбл. Новый не привезли - много сколотой посуды и грязной - анимация взрослым и детям плохая - футболки в детском клубе по 12 евро - в номере сломаны ручки туалет - русский понимают, но лучше англ и немец - есть Алякарт, о нем мало знают, находится у моря и он бесплатный каждый день кроме середы. Там бергеры, пицца, салаты и тд. Но почему-то работает оч редко. По их желанию, а не по расписанию - Пауки и муравьи в лобби около кофе - мороженное одного вида, надоело уже на следующий день - гёзлеме (турецкие блины с начинкой) всегда очередь

Отдыхали в отеле в октябре всё очень понравилось. Ухоженная компактная территория, отличный пляж с хорошим заходом в море, вкусная еда каждый день что-то новенькое и неплохие напитки. Номер чистый, убирали каждый день, вся сантехника работает. Отзывчивый персонал, особенно хочется отметить девушку Ренату которая всегда готова помочь, всё подскажет и объяснит. Отель понравился советую всем обратить на него внимание.

We recently stayed at Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel in a standard room, and overall, our experience was quite pleasant. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with modern and clean facilities that made our stay comfortable. The room was cozy, though not overly luxurious, but it met our needs for the duration of the stay. The food was good – tasty and satisfying – though we wouldn’t say it was exceptional. There were enough options to choose from, and the flavors were solid, but nothing stood out as extraordinary. It’s safe to say you won’t go hungry, but don’t expect any gourmet surprises either. The weather in November was fantastic. The temperatures were mild and enjoyable, making it the perfect time to relax by the pool or take a stroll along the beach without the summer crowds. The staff was friendly and approachable, always with a smile. However, we did feel that they could have been a bit more attentive at times. While the service was generally good, it didn’t feel very personalized, and there were moments when we had to wait a little longer for assistance. We realize that visiting during off-season might have had an impact on the overall experience, but we were overall happy with the stay. Shout out to Dino for always making sure we were taken care of.

What a amazing stay I would recommend this great hotel to any solo travlers or family's food was great staff were amazing especially Dean from gusst relations and victkor head bar man and waiter could say a bad word about this place. Room was unreal and so clean and house keeping team always did a great job. Shout out to deano. Would say one thing avoid the ice gave me bad belly 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Overall, we had a great week away at Numa Bay Exclusive but we did have quite a few issues along the way. 10 of us (6 adults, 4 children aged 4-9) came away to Numa Bay 28th oct-4th Nov 2024. We booked 2 family rooms and 1 superior room. We booked our airport transfers separately through Airport Taxi Transfers, paying €149 return for a private minibus, which was considerably cheaper than On the Beaches prices. We were very impressed with the transfer, being efficiently picked up in a modern minibus with a TV which had access to YouTube videos. The only issue is we did order 3 car seats which weren't passed over on the booking form, so the kids had to manage with the minibus lap belts. The journey took 1 hr 50 min which included a 15 minute stop. On arrival to the hotel at 11pm we were given our room keys and entered our rooms to find out we had been given the wrong rooms. Rather than the 2 family rooms we booked which have 2 separate sleeping areas (a bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge), we had been given 2 standard rooms, to which one only had 3 beds in a single space and the other 3 beds and a camp bed in a single space. We returned to reception to question the rooms to find out the room allocation on their system was wrong. We were then told the hotel was full and they couldn't do anything till tomorrow. We explained that wasn't acceptable as we didn't even have enough beds. We then managed to speak to the manager on the phone who 'miraculously' found a family room we could have and an upgraded standard swim up room (which has a mezanine area for 2 kids to sleep up top). This room gave some of us an upgrade to eat in the a la carte restaurant every evening if we wanted to. We asked for the 4th sofa bed to be set up and bedding provided in the family room, but unfortunately this took over an hour with very tired kids. On returning to reception multiple times that night, I spoke to 3 other families who also had been given the wrong rooms, so I do wonder whether there had been an issue with their booking system. Our family room (1602) was good and a decent size. It was on the land corner side of the building and the balcony was massive wrapping around the entire 2 sides of the room. I had expected the bedroom to be enclosed off to the lounge area, however there was a random 3ft gap between the 2 rooms despite there also being a door the other end. The facilities in the room were good, towels being replaced everyday. The beds were very comfy and aircon was great to have. The safe didn't work initially. Unfortunately it took 2 days and 4 mentions to staff to fix it/replace the batteries. The hair conditioner wasn't great so I would recommend bringing your own. The shower surface was also super slippery and no bath mats provided. We ended up just putting a towel on the floor of the shower to save the kids from slipping. The pools were great and large, but were freezing as only the one kids pool is heated (even this pool isnt particularly war

Very clean pools Beautiful beach and a variety of Turkish food for your selection. There are some friendly English speaking staff to help you throughout the stay. thank you Dean for all the information provided and bookings done for me. A very pleasant stay here and I recommend to everyone.
