"I booked a deluxe twin room, and the front desk service was very friendly upon check-in. The only thing is that the room was on a mezzanine level, so we had to take the elevator and then walk up one flight of stairs. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the location was convenient with all sorts of snacks available downstairs, right on the main road. It was pretty good. The breakfast also had a good variety. Recommended!"

"Flight was delayed so turned into late arrival, quick ride from the airport and I was at the hotel. Good location, able to walk to the central market, lots of restaurants, roof top views, Beb Bhar, flower market, rugs to see and perfumes to smell. Liked the firm mattress, good sized room, staff were polite and helpful, did have to venture out to get some water but had lots of little shops that were still open. So much to see and do will need to come back for more than 3 days. Cheers 🥂"

"Hotel to avoid at all costs! I have been to this hotel every other week for 3 months and my experience has been very disastrous each stay. Twice I left clothes with the laundry service who returned them with holes in them! In addition to returning them to me with holes in them, the hotel management pretended that the clothes already had holes in them and did not offer me any compensation, which is completely lacking in honesty. To this date, I have still not been reimbursed. Beyond this crooked practice, the hotel is in a lamentable state, it is not maintained (dirty bathroom, noisy room) and the staff is not at all up to standard (they forget orders, put takes forever to serve us in the restaurant, they don't come when we call room service). A shame for the Accor group and for the Novotel brand, the management must be replaced as quickly as possible."

"It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that. Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip. Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety."
