At 10am on day of arrival with confirmed reservation, the Assistant Manager Melissa called to advise they overbooked and would not honor my reservation. When I kindly inquired about the circumstances and options, she hung up on me. Be careful!

The receptionists were friendly and helpful, facilities were clean and comfortable. We were there for Olympia Harbor Days Art Festival and plan to return next year. We will be recommended stay to all who are interested.

Management and staff ate great! Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms clean and supplies filled. Maintenance guy is very professional and friendly! I highly recommend this Extended Stay Hotel !

Wonderful...loved our room! First time in an Extended Stay. Clean, convenient room. Worst "free breakfast" of entire trip. Bit of a lazy attempt. Ramada of Red Bluff had wonderful breakfast...best of entire trip! Loved our Extended Stay room, however!

I would give this place a 4 or 5 if they could get rid of the criminals. Parked my truck under the street light in front of the Motel. Next morning I found the driver side window broken and some items stolen from my truck. Cost me about $600 to repair the window and replace the lost items. The motel has no security cameras for the parking lot so the police have nothing to investigate. The next day I observed a steady flow of people coming out of the woods and crossing the motel parking lot on their way to the convenience store next door. Probably a homeless camp next door in the woods. Would be a good place to stay but I'm not going back until they get some security cameras and close the homeless camp.

Clean, conveniently located, and pet friendly. The kitchenette was small, but serviceable. (There is a Trader Joe's a short drive away.) The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Upon arrival, we were told the hotel reservation payment we had done through Southwest didn't go through. My husband and I were so tired that we ended up paying for the hotel reservation again. The next day I got on the phone with Southwest to be refunded for payment. Long story short, they kept Melissa (Asst. Manager) and me on the phone for hours!!!! Melissa ended up writing a letter on my behalf to Southwest so that I could be refunded. Melissa went above and beyond to make our stay at your hotel a happy and comfortable one. Thank you Melissa!!!

Very poor customer service from "the manager" when asked to speak to her supervisor was told just to call corporate was charged almost $300 for smoking cigarettes in the room I don't even smoke! Was the absolute worst experience with a hotel/motel stay will never stay there or recommend them

Stayed 3+months, self pay and veterans assistance program. Needles on property. Managers, unprofessional , talk about guests, giving out PERSONAL information, gossip to other guests. Melissa, Tara, Managers, LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL, who calls a guest LOVE or SISTER. 90% of time, sign up desk, WE ARE AWAY FROM DESK, when sitting right there. 5 washers, only ONE works. My recliner broken since day one, repeatedly asked for repair. Ignored. Over the holidays, trash room, floor to ceiling FULL. Started to smell. Melissa needs retraining on confidentiality info on guests! WOW. Got a call 11:30pm, to come check out and check back in. Huh? One morning 7am, call from Melissa, are you checking out? Check out 11! Served our purpose, but WOW. i advised VA, of all.
