Coco Hacienda Tulum - Adults Only

My experience at coco hacienda was a nightmare. The housekeeper stole my money from my bag and the hotel manager Christopher did nothing. The hotel has bugs (roaches, spiders just crawling on you while you sleep bathroom was hot

We had an amazing few days at Coco Hacienda. The hotel is beautiful with a very cool aesthetic and very friendly staff. I let the hotel manager know that I was planning to propose to my partner while we were in Tulum and they went above and beyond my expectations in ensuring we had the perfect weekend. We enjoyed the spending time by the pool, the delicious breakfasts and the spotlessly clean rooms. Thanks again to the Coco Hacienda team for making our time in Tulum so special.

Excelente hotel situado en el centro de Tulum. Es un oasis de paz y tranquilidad dentro de la ciudad. Instalaciones en muy buen estado, piscina, y un jardín tropical de ensueño. Recomiendo alojarse en las palapas, que tienen más intimidad y son más grandes. Parking, bicis, camas súper cómodas, baños enormes con jacuzzi… pero nada es comparable a la atención del equipo humano, siempre pendiente del mejor servicio y dispuesto a ayudar con todo. Gracias a Elíseo, Christian, Felipe, Manuel y el resto! Habéis hecho nuestra estancia muy agradable. La playa está a 5km en donde puedes disfrutar de los beach clubs de la cadena. 100% recomendable

Nos quedamos en este hotel por buenas recomendaciones, pero nos llevamos la sorpresa de tener una mala experiencia con los insectos y bichos que se encontraron en el lugar, se atendió la situación pero no fue enseguida como si no fuera prioridad, además de que la habitación que me tocó no era con lo que había reservado y fue mucho tiempo para no darle una respuesta sencilla.

Tuvimos una estancia de 3 noches muy agradable. El hotel tiene una zona ajardinada muy bonita, piscina con agua de cenote, habitaciones amplias y muy buen desayuno. Dispone de zona de parking gratuita El único inconveniente es estar cerca de avenida transitada. Pero para nosotros, lo mejor fué el personal del hotel. Elíseo de recepción súper atento, Felipe y Geovana de cafetería fantásticos y sobretodo Cristofer el encargado. Todos nos hicieron estar muy bien. Sin duda para recomendarlos. Muchas grácias a todos. En la reseña aparece familia con adolescentes porque no permite otra opción. No es correcto. Fuimos familia adultos. Aconsejable para adultos y parejas

Our first visit to Tulum , we travelled from the UK . We decided to stay in town as the beach was so expensive . The location of hotel was great . Only a short walk or taxi journey to local bars and restaurants . I like yoga, and it was easy to bike ride to holistika for classes. The only downside is taxis to the beach were expensive. Hiring the bikes from the hotel was also a little pricy at around £15 per day . We loved the hotel , we had a bigger garden room which was great with tropical birds and jungle vibe right outside our room . Breakfast was lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing at the pool after busy days exploring the cenotes . The staff were amazing and helpful and could not have asked for a better experience. Would definitely book again .
