The hotel is shoddy. It is in a state of utter disrepair. I saw the cleaners dunk their dirty bucket into the pool to collect water. There are no umbrellas around the pool, half the sun loungers are broken, and the balconies are inconsistent as to whether you get any furniture or not. Additionally, the free breakfast is 1 glass of juice from a carton and 2 slices of toast.

Mal servicio a habitación, ningún día se hizo limpieza en mi estancia de 4 noches y a duras penas un día porque les exigí me cambiaron las toallas, en el cuarto siempre hubo cucarachas y otro tipo de bichos, el internet jamás me funcionó y el desayuno terrible.. Para salir y entrar al hotel tenía que caminar sobre lodo, fue horrible!..

Les chambres sont très agréables et propres, rien à redire sur l'aspect hébergement, c'était parfait. Les bémols concernent : l'accessibilité de l'hôtel si vous n'avez pas de véhicule de location, l'amabilité inexistante du personnel (petite exception pour une des réceptionnistes seulement), restaurant et bar fermés, 1 seule piscine entretenue sur les 3...
