Mahayana Tulum Beach Homes

Staying at Mahayana Tulum Beach Homes was a memorable experience. The staff made us feel like family, always ready to help. The property was clean and well-kept, including the beach area. We enjoyed the on-site taco stand, especially the delicious ceviche and refresh daily juice. Near Tulum's lively nightlife, the property was a peaceful retreat providing balance for both fun and relaxation. With direct beach access, a seaside swimming pool, and close proximity to top restaurants and shops, Mahayana Tulum Beach Homes is the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.

Absolutely loved staying and Mahayana. Much thanks to Chabely, Miriam, Snow and all the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful! The beach was very comfortable and clean. The views were beautiful. The sea breeze relaxing. We walked for miles in both directions. The grounds were green and lush and were well taken care of. Our first three days at the Eclectic Treehouse was great. Bring a sound machine because the road noise can be loud at night. Our next four days at the Gaia was amazing! We sat on the veranda and had a beautiful view. The Taco stand was more than we expected. Great food at a good price. You have try the fruit plate and tacos! There is a full kitchen to cook, along with a plethora of amazing restaurants.

This is our second time staying at Casa Bonita. It really is like spending time in an oasis of calm, peace and tranquility in the middle of the epic life and nightlife that is Tulum. We love the simplicity of life there. Simple, quiet luxury. JM

We absolutely loved this property. We stayed in Casa Gaia which was perfect for a couple. There are views of the beach and water from everywhere in the house. The house is perfectly nestled into the jungle and feels like your own sanctuary. The staff, Snow, Chabely, and Miriam were very responsive and attentive. We booked a massage and a day excursion and both were wonderful. The taco stand on the property was perfect for breakfast and lunch. You are also walking distance from a lot of good restaurants and a few Go Marts were you can grab snacks and alcohol. We used the delivery service to have groceries in the room before we arrived and it was perfect. The private pool was a great option for some fresh water swimming. There is a yoga/ fitness studio next to property that my wife used. There is also a good little sit down restaurant at Lula that always had open tables for your last minute dinner plans. The property was private, safe, and quiet. There are beach day clubs in Tulum that play loud music all day that we were thankfully far enough away from to not hear. The other houses had families in them and we would definitely bring our kids with us next time. Every picture on their website is exactly what you get - rare to find a place that actually looks/ is better than what you see online.

Amazing! We (family of 4) stayed in the Casa Bonita at Mahayana Tulum. The house is just as pictured on the website - absolutely gorgeous! The beach just steps away is beyond stunning and the sand on the property groomed everyday. The location is close to restaurants and shops. Everyone who works at Mahayana is welcoming and friendly. The concierge, Chabely and Miriam rock! They helped us to have a stress-free vacation, arranging transportation to and from the airport and providing advise on dos and don'ts to save money around Tulum. Highly recommend the private chef dinner and on premise taco stand. Our favorites were the huevos rancheros (had a little spicy kick) and yogurt with fruit but everything is delicious. We're already looking at dates to return next year!
