Candlewood Suites Tulsa

Nothing fancy, but it'll do! The front desk staff were helpful at my late check-in and with a specific question I had, although the missing lightbulb I requested to be replaced was never taken care of. This might be a reflection on the housekeeping staff, with whom I was not impressed. They started banging on my door at 8am the morning of my departure, although I was still in bed and hadn't checked out yet (the check out time was 11am). They returned at 10:45 banging again. Seriously! The hotel is servicable, but is showing wear. Cupboards were dinged and scratched, the toilet was not secure and rocked when I sat down on it, there was mold under the bathroom sink faucet plate which moved a bit as I adjusted the temperature of the water, and not all the drawers pushed in completely flat. The desk chair had way too much play and I felt like I could fall over backwards if I leaned too hard, so I used another chair in the room at the desk. There were also no extra blankets, but plenty of pillows. However, the kitchen was clean as was the room, and I was a little surprised to find that the hotel was only two star instead of three. It is a workable place, and I would stay there again because of proximity to a location I needed to commute to, particularly considering the relatively reasonable price.

I’ll BE BACK!! It was VERY CLEAN. Nice and helpful staff. The rooms were equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. And THE BEDS…..well I wanted to bring it home with me. Amazing!!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to stay. I’ll definitely stay again!
