Hotel Krüzli - Dapi 1914 ★★★

"We arrived in Sedrun after a long walk from Andermatt. Kruezli was a welcome haven. Located in the centre of the village, opposite the tourist information office and 5 minutes from the station. This is a family run hotel. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. As soon as we arrived they gave us a table and a drink. We hadnt realised that there was a restaurant at the hotel so we booked dinner which could be added to the room charge as half board. The hotel is popular with local people who drink and eat there. The four course set menu was excellent and very hearty mountain food.Good value and impeccable service. Indeed, the breakfast was very nice too and well organised. The decor has been revamped recently so the interior is very light and airy with a few querky touches. Similarly the rooms feel new and clean with smell of freshly cut wood. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom new and very nice. All in all a lovely small village hotel. Thank you to all the helpful and attentive staff for a great stay."

"The hotel manager is very friendly and open. Some rooms have balconies. The bathrooms are a bit small but the shower is great as you do not have to wait long for hot water. The menu is not really for vegetarians though the food is of good quality. As a sign of courtesy they serve a little greeting from the kitchen every night."

"Meillä (pari Yhdysvalloista) oli erinomainen oleskelu tässä vuoristolokerossa Sedrun. Ruoka oli erinomainen alusta loppuun. Ruoka oli hyvin valmistettu, ja ravintolahenkilökunta oli lämmin ja huolellinen. Isäntät tekivät kokemuksen selväksi. He olivat ystävällisiä, tervetulleita, ja kesti jakaa hyödyllistä tietoa alueesta, mikä teki suunnitelmiamme helppoa. Aamiainen oli mukana ja ylitti odotukset. Erittäin tuore, hyvin varattu, ja hyvä tapa aloittaa hiihtopäivä. Huone oli puhdas, mukava ja hiljainen. Katsonta makuuhuoneesta oli uskomaton.
