Terme Tuhelj Hotel Well

Ho soggiornato per il weekend di ognissanti in questo hotel alle terme di thuelj. Struttura molto recente e ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno nonostante siano in corso dei lavori di ampliamento. Le camere sono ampie e pulite adatte alle famiglie. È presente un fornitissimo frigobar. Nelle parti comuni inoltre ci sono vari giochi per bambini e vengono organizzate molte attività. L'unica pecca è che spesso sono solo in croato e saltuariamente in inglese. Molto bella la piscina termale, ampia e con un piccolo percorso esterno. Presente anche uno scivolo. Molto bello anche il mondo delle saune e l'area massaggi anche se quest'ultima non aveva molta disponibilità. Eccellente il ristorante con piatti locali ed internazionali sempre freschi, gustosi e cucinati al momento. Noi avevamo la pensione completa ed abbiamo assaggiato ottime pietanze. Negli immediati dintorni non c'è molto ma in circa 45 minuti si può raggiungere Zagabria ed in 30 il museo dell'uomo di Neanderthal di Krapina (molto bello e consigliatissimo). In estate ci sono anche delle aree esterne che noi, visto il clima non abbiamo sfruttato anche perché chiuse (parco acquatico), ma abbiamo usufruito del minigolf gratuito per gli ospiti. Nel commesso ottima struttura, adatta alle famiglie e a chi vuole concedersi qualche giorno di relax. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

392 / 5.000 Rezultati prijevoda Rezultat prijevoda An excellent vacation in Terme Tuhelj, the rooms are small but clean and tidy, every day the staff cleans the rooms and changes the towels, when you arrive you get your own towels for the pools and bath robes in which you can walk all day, we had full board so we could go to everything without problems, the saunas are excellent and the staff are friendly, be sure to treat yourself to a full body massage, the food is excellent and tasty and there is plenty of it.

The rooms in no way correspond to a 4* hotel. I am afraid that they are putting Slevomat customers in another wing, which should be marked with a maximum of 3*. The room is extremely small for a family of 4, that could be managed, but there was no balcony and only very small bathroom, so no other way to hang wet bathing suits and towels. After 3 days, we didn't even have a single swimsuit dry. The food was disastrous, every lunch and dinner still the same 4 types of pasta and risotto, which they only rotated between the adults' and children's buffets. The mussels were old and so were some types of ham. When I asked at the reception for an extra bottle of water, saying that I would of course pay for it, I was sent to a gas station or a bar. In the bar, one Mohito cost €7 (the usual tax in tourist facilities), but there was not even a teaspoon of sugar in it and literally 2 mint leaves. From Friday to Sunday, the pools are unusable, the capacity was definitely exceeded many times over. What I appreciated is the equipment prepared for children, especially the lobby green soft zone and the net/tunnel system down the stairs. It is very sad, it could have been a wonderful holiday, the kids were very happy there, but we, parents suffered.
