During my Husband stay only for one day it’s hard to relocate the address may I request put the exact adress because not all driver knows well the hotel is not familiarize…🙃The staff are very good the cleanliness and the surround was Great 👍🏽 amazing experience while staying in Philippines 🇵🇭 Kudos To all the Staff amazing team my husband appreciate you all 😘
Always check the bill for huge anomalies
It was wonderful and everyone was nice but after I specifically requested a room close to elevator’s entrance and exit because of my disability, they gave me the farthest room from elevator as I struggled going and coming to my room. Also, they charged me P500 for “EARLY CHECK IN “! Ridiculous

Upon Check in time I told to the receptionist that we have van to park, you can go to 4th floor so they went & park w/out looking the said car, the roof of the van was scratched & damaged when we are about to go & see places (they said they will get in touch about the said damaged ubfortunately until now no update). I deposited 1K pesos but they didnot give it back when we checked out. Restuarant table clothe was dirty. Key doesnot work & only 1 lift working that day.

The hotel greatly needs to improve most of their services. Had hiccups with check in as they seem not to have the records in place from our booking via Agoda. It took 4 follow ups to have our room made up by housekeeping. Breakfast not prepared when we went down at seven am despite the notice that its from 6 to 8am. The room service is too slow and needs improvements.

Room was moldy smelling, hotwater did not work. Moved to different room asked for room to be cleaned two days in row, room never cleaned, no fresh towels no toilet paper. Will never stay again and never recommend!!!!

Room 406 smell like urine. The room is too far from the elevator and you have to go through a winding hallway. There is lack of signage for directions to your room and exit.

Although the staff are what makes this hotel nice, the property needs to be worked on. The bathrooms also needs attention due to the odor, you can smell paint.
