It was built before we bought the property and we made the most out of the space that we could but, of course, we were unable to make the house any larger. Some parts of the ceiling are barely 6'3". It is a great place to crash if you are going to be out and about all day and just need a cozy place to lay your head and maybe cook simple meals. Complete with a full bathroom, efficient kitchenette, and loft bed. This tiny house is attached to the guest house, Casita C, and has a shared courtyard. It is great for a single person, young couples, or older kids. This bunkhouse is close to downtown and the U of A campus. It has a kitchenette with a hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, and a small but decent size refrigerator. It has dishes, pots and pans, and a teapot. The bed is in a loft and is accessible by a ladder. The loft has crawl space only and you can not stand up in it.
