Pros 1) Iron and ironing board were provided, which was convenient for getting clothes ready. 2) The small balcony at the back offered a nice spot for some fresh air. 3) A great selection of food was available during Christmas Day dinner, which was already included in the room rate – a lovely bonus! 4) The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. Cons 1) The bathroom switch was faulty, and maintenance took about 10 minutes to attend to the issue. 2) Unfortunately, the switch issue wasn’t fully resolved, and we had to wait for a new plug to be brought in by maintenance. 3) The floor wasn’t cleaned thoroughly – there was still some sand on it when we arrived. 4) The internet was out of service throughout our stay, which meant we couldn’t even watch television in the room. 5) One of the lamps at the room entrance wasn’t working, which made it a bit dim when entering. 6) There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, which was a bit annoying. 7) The area is still under renovation, so it doesn’t look very appealing for sightseeing at the moment. Overall, while there were a few issues, the friendly staff and Christmas dinner were highlights of the stay. Hopefully, the ongoing renovations will improve the experience in the future. Just a heads up, this resort will soon be managed by the Hilton Group.
