За несколько дней до даты заселения я попал в больницу, где мне сделали операцию, поэтому я физически не мог приехать в отель. Я связался с отелем и запросил возврат средств за отмену брони или перенос даты заселения, предоставив медицинские документы о состоянии здоровья. Представители отеля не брали трубку, не отвечали на сообщения на почте, и в чате трип ком. Через поддержку трипком мне удалось выйти на сотрудников отеля. В отмене брони мне отказали. Они максимально оттягивали время и игнорировали обратную связь. Я крайне не рекомендую этот убогий отель, тк в нем работают абсолютно не лояльные к своим гостям сотрудники, которые даже не могут ответить на телефонный звонок от своего клиента и даже не пытаются выслушать суть его проблемы.

Vị trí tốt trung tâm Tú Lệ. View đẹp. Phòng rộng rãi tiện nghi, wifi nhanh. Khu vực bồn tắm ko đc sạch lắm. Khu tắm khoáng nóng rất lý tưởng. Ăn sáng ổn, nhân viên lịch sự.

Cảnh quan rất đẹp. Các món ăn trong nhà hàng không xuất sắc lắm, nhưng các nhân viên phục vụ rất tốt.

Amazing stay near the ricefields of northen Vietnam. Western and Asian breakfast with many options. The room is really nice and spacious with a comfortable bathroom. Especially amazing is the hotspring area. Totally worth it!

처음 도착했을 때 리조트 앞에 펼쳐진 수려한 경관이 나를 매료시켰다. 특히 넓은 면적에 다양한 형태의 숙소와 짚라인과 클라이밍 그리고 게임 등 각종 편의 시설들과 전망 좋은 레스토랑 앞에 있는 풀장은 몇 일 휴식을 취하기에는 정말 좋은 곳이다. 그러나 무깡짜이 대표 관광지인 케익 모양의 계단식 논을 보기 위해서는 40km를 가야 하는 불편함이 다소 흠이라면 흠이다. 리조트 내는 전기차를 제공해서 이동을 하고 주변을 돌기 위해서는 베트남 돈으로 20만 동을 주면 오토바이를 하루 빌릴 수 있다. 아침 식사는 괝찮았고 특히 하루 숙박 당 한 매를 주는 30만동 짜리 바우쳐는 저녁 식사를 할 때 정말 유용했고 지배인은 남아프리카 출신 남자가 하고 있어 식당에서 손님들에게 불편함이 없는 지 물어보는 친절을 보였다.

The hotel is newly built and the view is quite good. It is vale for money.

I posted pictures of the Studio Bungalow in my previous review. Actually they should be pictures of the Glenwood room as I tried 2 different types of room. In this review I post the pictures of Glenwood room then. I love both rooms as they are very comfortable. Very new and clean bed linens. Outdoor hot spring pool is on the other side of the street and downhill. The cool water pool is near the restaurant and is on the hill. Stunning plum flowers in white. Thanks the lady in Reception counter who worked in the morning on Jan 31st. She phoned the immigration number and informed me the information I needed. After checking out we waited for the bus going to our next destination. The security staff saw that we waited for too long so he offered some help. The lady who worked in the restaurant remember us when we had dinner so she greeted us when seeing us waiting for the bus. We are so impressed that they are very happy to communicate and help the guests. It’s a very large resort so minimum 2 nights are recommended, other no way you can enjoy all they have to offer.

Très grand complexe construit sur le flanc de montagne (on se déplace par petite voiture électrique). Nous avions une belle chambre avec un grand balcon donnant une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes et les rizières en bas. Le petit déjeuner offre pas mal de choix et des spécialités vietnamiennes. Nous avions également profité des bains thermaux dans une pièce privée mais également dans la piscine à l’extérieur malgré un 17°C. Notre seul regret est de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la piscine commune car il fait froid en Février. Bref, nous avions passé un bon moment avec 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Reste une question que nous avions oublié de demander au staff : à quoi sert la balançoire dans la salle de bain de la chambre ?

Beautiful place with a lot to offer We had a wonderful stay in an incredibly comfortable room with an outstanding view. The property sits on an incredibly steep hill, which can be accessed by use of their “buggies “or by walking up several flights of stairs and roadway. there are some wonderful bonuses close to the property, including the “fairy cave “and the Mineral Springs. We also enjoyed a rush of a trip on the large zip line located on the property also.
