Отличный отель. Близко к тусовочным улицам Chu Văn An и Võ Thị Sáu. Есть небольшой бассейн. Сервис на хорошем уровне. Завтрак отличный.

We booked a family suit room with window and got wall and air conditioners as a view from the room. We were really upset as it was noisy, bad smell from the kitchen and wall as a view.

位置很好，晚上很熱鬧。有些櫃檯服務人員無法用英文溝通。床很好睡，但湖景房看不到湖只看到工程白天工程很吵，品質不優。

Everything was okay except it was really a balcony per say. It's just a door that opens to face the opposite road. Balcony is suppose to be able to walk out and enjoy the view.

The hotel is centrally located, with food options nearby and within walking distance to Fansipan. The staff was helpful in arranging a taxi. The hotel was also clean and comfortable. However, the shower water pressure was too low, which slightly impacted the overall experience.

Location is good. But need to improve on services. During breakfast, no server is around to serve or provide assistance as pot has no more coffee, no one to fry the egg, etc. When make up room, they did not top up the shower foam bottle.

I’m not sure if it was due to the travel period in winter, the pre-Tet festival season, or something else, but the hotel seemed to have fewer customers than expected. I didn’t see many travelers, and the room was only available starting at 2 p.m., which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff was very polite and spoke English well, which made communication easy. The room itself was average but comfortable.
