Bamboo Sapa Hotel

We had an amazing stay at Bamboo! After a disappointing experience with our previous Airbnb, we came across Bamboo’s listing and were impressed by the great deal—so we made the switch, and honestly, it was the best decision we made on this trip. The hotel is incredibly clean—you’ll feel completely comfortable walking around barefoot. When we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioning, we called the front desk and were blown away by how prompt and helpful the staff were; someone came up within a minute and resolved the issue immediately. A special shoutout to Julie, who made our stay extra memorable! She was so kind and went above and beyond, even helping us arrange a taxi to the train station. Also, don’t miss the hotel breakfast—it’s fantastic! The pho is a must-try, and the fresh fruits were so sweet and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch hospitality!

My stay at the Bamboo Sapa Hotel was exceptionally tranquil and memorable. The staff exhibited a commendable level of friendliness especially KC and the establishment maintained a pristine and orderly environment. I was particularly fond of their culinary offerings, particularly their noodle dishes. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to my acquaintances and colleagues.
