Sapa Centre Hotel arvostelua

Comfy hotel located next to sapa station (your gate to fansipan peak). Eventhough cleanlines might be further improved, their frontliner service was excellent (esp. Selena)! Probably one of the best service i've ever had!

Everything is good

The staff are very nice and friendly. I arrived at the hotel not feeling well and Selena showed concern right away. She let me check in as soon as there’s a room available. They always ask me if I’m ok, very grateful with the staff.

시내중심에있어서 어디든 이동하기 편하고 저녁에 도착할거같이서 가성비 좋은 잠만 잘 곳으로 골랐는데 가성비 너무좋아요!

Located in the very center of Sapa, this hotel has a very good value. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the breakfast has lots of variety.

그동안 혼자서 베트남을 네 번 방문했는데 이렇게 친절한 호텔은 처음이었습니다. 숙소 위치도 좋고 조식뷔페도 맛있습니다. 그리고 호텔리어분들도 매우 친절했습니다. 매우 좋은 경험이었습니다.

The place is so convenient and near to station and places of interest and the reception staff, Selena is so friendly, we did enjoy your stay here. However the towels at the hotel are kinda not acceptable for usage 🥲

위치가 너무 좋아요. 어디든 이용하기 편합니다. 판시판 가는 티켓도 당일구입 가능해요. 다음에 또 오고싶어요. 😄

Our stay was EPIC!!! the room was the best. It has balcony facing the Sapa centre. The service was good. The staffs was the best most especially Selena. she helped us a lot from booking our alpine coaster to finding us a driver going anywhere. They always give us tea in the lobby. The food was superb as well. Our breakfast didn’t disappoint us. All taste well. this hotel made our stay in sapa epic. and did I say the location was the best with near restaurants, massage and retail shops. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

가기전 다른 호텔들도 많이 알아봤고 거리감이 없어서 어떤 몰랐는데, CENTER 호텔은 말그대로 센터 입니다. 위치 갑, 가성비 갑 완전 만족입니다. 그리고 친구가 핸드폰을 분실했는데 직원 DUA 의 도움으로 하노이에서 받을수 있었습니다. 그 외에도 다른 문의 사항을 카톡으로 문의하면 친절하게 답변해주고, 버스예약도 친절하게 해주셨습니다. 너무나도 감사하고 좋은 추억 남기고 왔습니다. 친절 그 자체입니다.
