Hotel abbastanza spartano, d’altronde ha solo tre stelle, ma posizionato sulla valle di Sapa, di cui si gode una vista invidiabile dalle stanze. Si trova un po’ defilato rispetto al centro città, al punto che tutti i taxi hanno avuto difficoltà a raggiungerlo, ma il personale gentilissimo della reception é sempre disponibile a fornire indicazioni anche al più disorientato dei tassisti. La cucina, sia a colazione che a pranzo, é semplice e genuina. Dall’albergo partono innumerevoli tour per la valle, per cui é certamente una buona opzione per chi si ferma a Sapa per poche notti, per esplorare le risaie ed il Fansipan, fermo restando che la città offre sicuramente sistemazioni più confortevoli.

Hotel à la fois proche du funiculaire, du centre et au calme. Très grande chambre familiale propre et confortable avec baies vitrées. Pas d'ascenseur, mais des terrasses à tous les étages. Vue incroyable sur les montagnes. Petit déjeuner avec l'essentiel.

This hotel is owned my the most welcoming owner. The room is very new and well decorated as shown on the hotel website. The bathroom is spacious and clean. We love hot shower here because it is truly hot and water is strong. The hotel owner also can give you useful info about places that worth visiting. She also can manage the taxi and transportation for you to travel from Hanoi to Sapa and from Sapa back to Hanoi. That means you do not need to contact an addition agency. Everything can be managed and suggested by the hotel owner. I did not realize that she can do all of these things because I did not carefully read her message sent to me. The view from the balcony is so beautiful. You definitely feel fresh when you see it. Overall, my family and I got the best experience at Sapa Retreat Condotel. As other hotel staffs did not work on Tet holiday, breakfast (Pho or bread and eggs) was prepared by the owner. Pho was so good. She put the best of her effort to make us feel at home. Thanks for the owner for her friendliness and kindness.
