진짜 호텔 생각보다 크고 깔끔하고 방도 너무좋았어요!! 위치도 너무좋았고 ㅎㅎ (시내가 엄청가까워요 걸어서 이동가능!) 조식도 기대 안했는데 메뉴도 매일 바뀌고 진짜 괜찮았어요 ㅎㅎ 뷰 없는 패밀리룸이였는데도 뷰가 만족스러웠습니다!! 그냥 모든게 다 기대이상입니다! (가격때문에 기대가 너무 낮았을수도있지만,, 그래도 최고!!!) 싸고 좋은호텔입니다 ㅎ 다음에 싸파오면 또묵어야지~~~

是很舒服很寬敞的酒店，我們抵達當天天氣非常冷，但一進飯店就是最舒適的溫度，房間面對山谷梯田風景非常棒，距離離市區也很近，只是路線是上坡比較累，服務很棒行李寄放、很早抵達引導我們到VIP室休息的流程都非常順暢，硬要說有什麼不太喜歡的應該就是贈送的泡腳體驗水很溫，不加購按摩的話根本沒人關心，不過瑕不掩瑜，比起大床房更推薦雙床房空間更加明亮！

Value-for-money and the rooms were comfortable. Would stay again.

사파 시내와 가까워서 숙소 위치 너무 좋았고 조식도 너무 맛있었습니다. 방 사이즈도 넓으며 무엇보다 테라스로 보는 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다.

이 호텔은 제가 베트남에서 머문 최고의 호텔들 중 하나였습니다! 친절한 직원, 멋지고 엄청난 전망, 푹신힌 침구와 깨끗한 룸 까지. 특히 호텔 15층에서 걸어 시내로 나갈 수 있는 구조가 재미있었으며 15층의 카페 또한 추천드립니다!

This location of the hotel is good and value for money. Facilities are reasonable and staff are friendly. Breakfast has good variety too. Overall the hotel is above average. *** Important **** However, please note that if you are booking a Grand Family Room, do not expect any view. In fact for many family rooms (example Room 804), there is no window in the children's room, and for the Living room and master room, you open the windows to see internal walls!! I was shocked, as it was not clearly mentioned in booking website that it has zero view or view to see walls! So, do not think that this hotel oversee a valley, you will get good view in the most expensive room! Of course, the hotel will tell some certain familys rooms has external view, but that is almost fully blocked by buildings too. So, if you are booking for a Grand Family Room, expects no view! Otherwise you will be very very disappointed like me! Manage your expectation and you get what you pay for (the Grand Family Room).

호텔은 깨끗하고 식당도 깨끗하고 근처 호텔중 가장 좋았다

真的不推薦，飯店的服務態度非常不好，冰箱壞掉不能修也不能換，只說冰箱不能冰東西只能放涼，而且要求給第二張房卡也被拒絕，服務態度是真的爛。

너무 깨끗하고 이동하기 너무 편합니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 경치도 좋고 조식도 맛있습니다.^^

Отель оправдал ожидания. Большой просторный номер, в номере хорошие махровые хлопковые халаты Сланцы для бассейна. Шикарные завтраки. Приехали рано , отдыхали до заселения на 15 этаже на удобных креслах , также пользовались бассейном. К сожалению с погодой не повезло было похолодание + 6-8 и дождь , но в отеле было тепло. Вид с балкона очень красивый ( в те редкие моменты когда уходил туман) . У меня был юбилей , очень приятно поздравление от отеля.

Excellent hotel!!! 10/10 would recommend staying here. Service was great, our room was spacious with mountain view. Had a great time chilling at the balcony. Walking distance to sapa center, overall had a wonderful stay here

욕조. 물빼기가 제대로 작동치 않고 수압도 세지 않고 어머니티도 점검하지 않는 느낌이어서 5성급에는 미치지 못한것 같아 실망이야.
