일단 판시만 뷰가 정면으로 보이는 뷰가 너무 좋았어요 메인 시내 가는 길이 15층에서 올라가면 쉬웠어요 위치나 뷰는 1등

The hotel exceeded my expectations in a fantastic manner with facilities and amenities, but above all else, the mountain side view was absolutely stunning. An excellent breakfast buffet too. My companion was very pleased with the hotel, so I will definitely stay here again. Just an extra tip for a walk-in from the town center: there are 2 access points to the hotel building: 1) the 15th floor lobby from Muong Hoa street; 2) the lobby on the ground floor at the Violet street. Ignore the google map direction that will guide you to the violet street if you opt not to take taxis. The violet street is quite a long stair way down from the town center, which could be difficult if you are carrying heavy luggage.

Good location . Room is clean. Due to an emergency n avoidable reason, I have to leave early . I wrote an email to hotel but no reply. When I checked out the next day, the receptionist keep asking

진짜 뷰도 너무 좋고 서비스도 너무 좋았습니다. 내부에 있던 마사지샵도 싸게 잘 이용하고 조식도 하노이 사파6일 여행기간동안 먹은 것 중 제일 맛있게 먹은 것 같습니다

歩いて街中に行ける範囲でありながら、絶景も見える場所でとてもよかったです。 とても清潔感があり、贅沢なステイを楽しみました。

가족들과 갔는데 좋았어요

사파역까지 걸어서 15분 정도로 위치도 좋습니다. 호텔 커피숍도 매우 좋고 맛있습니다. 아침식사 또한 풍부합니다. 다만, 호텔 프론트의 직원들이 다른 호텔들에 비하여 많이 불친절합니다. 그것만 빼면 이용하기 괜찮습니다.

뷰도 좋고 시설도 좋고 조식도 훌륭했습니다 넷플릭스 안되는건 좀 아쉬웠구요 욕조물이 넘쳐서 화장실에 고였는데 물이 늦게 빠지더라구요 나머지는 다 좋았어요

KK Sapa hotel is worth the price. The service and food are very good. The service is also very good. The mountain view is very beautiful and it is very cool when the weather is cloudy. It is very close to Moana park and not far from Cat Cat village. If I come again, I will stay here again. It is a very peaceful town with mountains.

매우 좋은 호텔임. 깨끗하고 친절하고 매우 다양한 아침식사 전망도 아주 좋았어요. 수영장도 관리가 잘 되어있음 Very good service, 5 minutes from downtown. Good maintenance, very kind , very good Mountain View. Good breakfast

Very good locations, walkable to the town in just 5 minutes. Near to some attractions in Sapa. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff are friendly and easy to deal with. The breakfast is also good and there are variety of menus to choose from

그랜드 패밀리룸 은 사진과 다르게 뷰도 없고 테라스도 없고 저나 문의하니 사진상 이나 설명에 테라스는 모르겠고 그랜드 패밀리룸은 원래 전부 이렇다는 말만 한다... 사진상 방과는 차이가나고 방말고 소파있는 공간은 너무 어둡다 눈이 침침 해질정도 조식은 좋았지만 방에는 실망이 있다

My favorite hotel throughout my Vietnam trip. We got the hotel room with a view and it was amazing to wake up to. The breakfast provided is pretty decent as well, and in terms of walkability, the location is not very Sapa center but we enjoyed the walk since the weather was cool.
