Stayed one night before we set up for our trekking.if you are a late night guys, this hotel is ideal .breakfast menu, adequate choice.

After checked-in realized the room is not the type I booked. Checked with the front desk, in the beginning they insist it's the correct room type until I showed them the photo/description on Trip.com app. They then said the information on Trip.com is incorrect, and twist again saying the information of room type is not passed down to the hotel. It's kinda obvious they knew it's different type of room, trying to find excuse by blaming the platform. They asked me to feedback to Trip.com but I know it's not going to solve my problem. They just try their luck like a scammer. After long negotiation, they said will compensate the price difference between the room types (ok now they admit the 2 rooms are different type, also means they were lying in the beginning). It was late evening already so I didn't ask clarify the amount of compensation. During check-out, they just return me 200k VND (8.20 USD) saying this is the price difference. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, the price difference is definitely not just 200k VND. We were busy checking out to catch out bus to Hanoi, no more time to argue with them. Btw, on one of the evening when I spoke to one of the elder lady at front desk, she said we are the 3rd group with such issue, she said it's normal to her. Looking back the whole story, we can conclude it's a scam. About the room. The location is good, has a staircase connecting to the main street at the back of the hotel. The room has a weird smell, a strong smell from sewer pipes. The smell get stronger after we use the shower and basin. Breakfast is good. Wifi signal is poor, we mostly use our own local sim card. The room sound insulation is poor, can easily hear noise from next door and corridor.

位置和服務挺好的，就是設施有一點老舊。

언덕위에 위치하고 있어서 걸어다니기 힘들었어요. 방은 깔끔하고 좋았는데 조식은 음식이 떨어져도 채워지지 않았습니다. 뭔가 2%씩 부족한 느낌이었어요.

เป็นโรงแรมเล็กๆ ค่อนข้างจะอยู่ในใจกลางเมืองซาปานะ เดินไปลานตรงกลางง่าย ไปซันพลาซ่าง่าย ราคาไม่แพง ห้องนอนก็สบาย มีหน้าต่างเล็กๆ เปิดออกไปเห็นวิวเมืองหน่อยๆ อาหารเช้าเป็นเมนูเวียดนาม เฝอ และก็อะไรที่เราไม่รู้จักอีก 2-3 อย่าง มีขนมปัง สลัด ผลไม้ง่ายๆ ที่เราชอบคือบริการ เรามาถึงช่วงตีห้า ก็เร็วเกินไปที่จะเช็กอิน ทางโรงแรมก็มีโซนเบาะนอนสำหรับนวด ที่ว่างพอให้นอนเล่นพักผ่อนชั่วคราวได้ โดยรวมถือว่าโอเคเลยค่ะ ประทับใจ

It is very outdated, you can’t expect so much for 3 star hotel but cleanness need to be focused on. Toilet did not drain properly, wooden furnitures and fixtures in the toilet were looking terrible and smelled. Also found ants in the room. But location was great, the reception staffs were kind. View from the balcony is good.

Many beautiful sceneries can be see at this hotel.

A seemingly old and very tired hotel but in a good location. Quite a lot of things need looking at to get this anywhere near European standard.

Appalling hotel staff didn't care , bathroom flooded everytime you used the shower, breakfast was cold and awful selection and a bun fight. Bed was like a rock couldn't sleep Owners or Managers child screeming at 5 am nobody had any concern,

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff. Everyone was very attentive. The room was immaculate, roomy and comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom. Food was simple but freshly prepared as ordered. Very helpful English speaking staff member also was our guide on walk to Sapa mountains. Excellent day.

Schmutzige Bettlaken, Haare im Bad, warmes Wasser lief erst nach 5 Minuten. Zimmer schön. Personal ist sehr freundlich und bedacht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Frühstück ist für die asiatischen Gäste gedacht. Massage ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir konnten auf Anfrage das Zimmer nach dem üblichen Check out länger behalten.
