보증금을 신용카드로 결제했더니 나중에 카드리더기가 고장나서 일주일 후에 환불햐준다했는데 아직도 깜깜 무소식… 그외엔 다 좋았어요

10 из 10! Всё идеально: начиная с велком чашечки какао, заканчивая тапочками в номере. Отличный завтрак, шикарная постель, бассейн великолепен. Рекомендуем всем побывать в этом отеле в хорошую погоду. Мечта! Спа на высшем уровне)

호텔은 엄청 크진않지만 그래도 모든 디테일이 하나하나 다 예뻣어요 그래서 대접받는 느낌이 들고 좋았어요 품격있는 느낌입니다 구석구석 다 예뻐요 ㅎㅎ 가성비 최고입니다 ㅎㅎ

We arrived at hotel at 4:00 am and was very tired, the receptionist offered us to go to the 7th floor to take the shower and told us to come back at 9:00am to have earlier check-in.   The hotel not only gave us an earlier check-in but also we are surprised by the arrangement for our 24th anniversary.  We sincerely appreciated for Lê Quang Linh, thế Room Division Manager for the arrangement.  The hotel offered their customers with the VIP tícket to Fansipan via their email after you booked the hotel.  However, I missed it.  If you booked this hotel, you must buy it as it will save a lot of your time for waiting to the the trains and cable car.

我和孩子們在這裡住宿了2個晚上，游泳池讓孩子們印象深刻，高聳卻又柔軟的床、柑橘香味的身體乳液、肉桂及辛香料的迎賓餅乾、入住時熱呼呼的巧克力及香噴噴的熱毛巾，都是讓我們在沙壩溫暖進心裡的美好。 孩子在最後一個晚上拖著疲累的身體也要寫下對飯店服務人員的滿滿感謝。

The aesthetic of this hotel is really 💯! At the lobby, each angle looks really gorgeous and can be a photospot. The room is nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The swimming pool looks amazing! We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel for 2nights. The staff is very approachable and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if you are willing to splurge a little bit on your stay here.

Location: Hotel is located right in the heart of Sapa town. There are a lot of shopping and food options within walking distance. It is also located right next to Sapa Station which makes travelling up to Fansipan a breeze.  Breakfast: A good spread of choices and some of the dishes vary day to day. The dining hall is also very beautiful.  Room: Stayed in the Deluxe King Suite. Room was spacious and we had ample space. Toiletries provided were also of good quality.

이런호텔을 이가격에 이용할수있다라는거부터가 대단한거임 나트랑 하노이 사파까지오면서 머물렀던 숙소중 친절도 청결도서비스 조식 부대시설 모든것이 완벽했습니다 디파짓있으니 꼭 여유롭게 돈을찾아오시길바래요 판시판가기위해 썬플라자가실껀데 연결되어있습니다 그리고 가시기전에 로비 남자직원에게 오늘정상날씨 어떠냐고 물어보시고 현장에서 표구매하세요 저는 남자 직원분이 사진4장정도를보여주셔서 맑은날 이용할수있었습니다 숙소앞에 먹거리는 별로없으니 들어가실때 작게라도 포장해가세요

ถือเป็นโรงแรมห้าดาวที่ความคุ้มในการเข้าพักคือสุดยอดมาก ห้องพักสวยสะอาดวิวที่ได้คุ้มค่ามาก ประทับใจตั้งแต่ไปถึงแม้จะเช็คอินไม่ได้ก็ยังมีห้องน้ำให้อาบน้ำเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าก่อน ส่วนห้องอาหารในวันเข้าพัก อาหารดีแทบทุกอย่าง สามารถเสริฟได้เพียงพอกับจำนวนแขกที่พักเป็นร้อยๆคน อาหารหลากหลายรวมถึง แซลม่อนรมควันที่ขึ้นชื่อสำหรในับคนไทยที่มาเข้าพักเร้คคอนเมนว่าอร่อย รวมๆแล้วให้ใจไปเลยกับการเข้าพักที่นี่
