Outstanding service by the hotel. The location of this hotel is really good and it’s close by to all the main attractions. It’s in the city center as well. Staff is extremely helpful! We were allowed to keep our luggages after we checked out. We booked the wrong date for the sleeper bus and we had a flight booked as well, we almost missed but thanks to the brilliant service of the hotel manager Long he called the bus station changed the dates and even offered to drop us to the station in his personal vehicle. 100% recommended!

I thought this was great for what we initially expected in the area. Lots of shops, ATMs Markets and places to eat. Also the pharmacy across the road had what we needed. Would recommend for people to stay. Really dark room too! Would stay here again

Tutto perfetto! Mr. Dragon si occupa di tutto, ma davvero di tutto!! Preciso, affidabile e molto gentile dal primo momento in cui L ho contattato via mail per organizzare il mio soggiorno presso il suo albergo e il trekking di due giorni a Tavan! Ci ha anche acquistato i biglietti per il Fansipan senza aggiungere nessun costo extra al prezzo del biglietto!!! Totalmente soddisfatta, tornerò sicuramente!

Comfortable. Conscientious. Clean. Safe. Convenient. If you are needing a convenient lication within 20 minutes from the center of the city but without the noise and croud, this is it. Staff are warm, genuine, conscientious, speak English and helpful.

The location is very near the Plaza of Sapa. The room is nice, big, and clean. They also have hot and cold water for shower. They also have two elevators to carry their visitors. The market, restaurant, atm machine arejust a walk away in the hotel.

Located close to restraints, atm, drug store and places of interest, we loved our stay here. The staff were exceptionally helpful and did everything they could to make us welcome. We were offered showers after returning from a day tour even though we had checked out and if we were ever waiting in the lobby, we always had a cup of cinnamon tea offered. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. I can highly recommend a stay in this hotel.

100% recommended. Very clean and well located. It has a massage parlor downstairs, at a good price. The owner is very friendly and helps you with everything you need. You can leave your luggage without problems on the day of check out. Furthermore, we arrived at dawn and they opened for us without problems.
