Perfect stay! The staff was so helpful and had even organised a cosy get-together for New Year’s Eve celebrations. They had even prepared a mini fireworks display for us. Thank you!

Отличный отель. Персонал работает безупречно. Просто потрясающие завтраки,хотя бы ради них нужно сюда заселиться) Но как по мне, есть некоторая ошибка в планировке отеля, а именно, что не учитывается период холодного времени года. То есть,ты не можешь попасть из номера в ресторан,бассейн или спа,чтобы не выйти на улицу,полностью одетым в теплые куртки,это неудобно.

The service was excellent. The General Manager was always at the breakfast cafe greeting and chatting with guests. We asked for a 3pm late checkout n he immediately went to check his inventory for the day n got back to us personally 30mins later that it’s ok for us to keep our room till 3pm. He also recommended several house specialities for us to try at the buffet bfs. Love the architecture n landscape of the hotel. Fantastic view too

조식이 맛있고 특히 반미랑 쌀국수가 달라요 조경에 아주 많이 신경쓴 호텔입니다 수영장도 실내에 있어서 깨끗하고 근데 사우나는 스파에서 운영하는 유료입니다 객실에서 꾸리꾸리한 냄새가 나는데 복도에선 향기가 나고 밤에 컵라면 먹으면서 객실에서 음식을 먹으면 추가요금이 발생한다고 적혀 있는 안내문을 보고 정도가 어디까지인지 의문이었지만 체크아웃할때 별 말없던걸로 봐선 그정도 까진 되는거 같고 시내로 나가는 셔틀은 매시간마다 있는데 돌아오는 걸 굳이 왓츠앱으로 번호등록해서 예약하라는데 번호를 등록해도 안뜸 그래서 그냥 걸어올라감 가다보면 스파 출입문이 나오는데 거기로 들어가서 엘베타고 객실가면됨. 객실에서 하수구 냄새같은거 나는거 빼곤 다 만족스러운 호텔 입니다

We are such a wonderful stay in this beautiful and clean resort with full of flowers everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide free buggy to browse around Sapa town. We will come back again and recommend to friends too.

這家酒店距離SunPlaza要幾分鐘的車程還可以，酒店前台客服一般般，我是訂了兩晚到達居然說沒有查到訂單號，拍下訂單照片查查，後面等了半小時我再去問，前台說沒找到訂單沒有房間提供還示意下午兩點再回來，後面回來了溝通一直不肯認自己有說過，推卸責任，還好有Trip客服溝通，酒店環境房間及其他工作人員都好，就是前台那位小姐態度有問題，預訂前要小心
