Perfect stay during in Sapa

Amazing people are working there, very friendly, kind and helpful , nice hotel in general, great location (like 3 min to the Cathedral, 10-15 to lake), good breakfast buffet, have everything and a lot of fruits! comfy bed, big room, very clean, always hot water, fridge, great bathtub, not very stable wifi at the morning and maybe need a bit soundproof door and window (first night where I woke up cause of neighbor's rooster))) but in general it was very good experience!

Good view of the city centre walkable down the hill to the roundabout and close to Cat Village and scooter rental available and simple breakfast is edible. Lobby is very cold!

Very nice hotel rooms and away from the buzzing noises from crowds..  it is located 3min walk to Sapa station and with a lot of eateries and massage parlors around.  If want to see the tram passing by, take a 5-minutes walk toward the right of the hotel and sit at the cafe with coffee. Clean rooms with amenities, but the toilet is choked on our second day🤣 but no worries, all fix within minutes.

Walking distance (15 minutes) from Sapa bus station, and the hotel is very close to the monorail for Fansipan. It is located on a small incline walk up though, so might not recommend for elderly travellers. Amenities and cleanliness good. They also have a hose outside the hotel for cleaning of shoes after trekking 😅 quiet surroundings so sleep was good. Toilets are clean (no bathtub). Breakfast was okay, nothing to shout about, pancakes were decent. All in all a comfortable stay!

The hotel locates in the center of Sapa, within a walking distant to Sapa station. The hospitality of the staffs is beyond expectations. She helped us book the ticket to Fansipan peak and the bus back to Hanoi.

Location was okay Room was okay and clean also. Breakfast were great and delicious. Staffs were super friendly.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีใกล้ร้านอาหารมีร้านสะดวกซื้อก่อนถึงโรงแรม ห้องน้ำดีมาก ผู้หญิงหลายคนน่าจะชอบห้องน้ำที่นี่มีกระจกสำหรับแต่งหน้า แต่ห้องพักที่นี่ไม่เก็บเสียง เราได้โทรแจ้งพนักงาน 2 ครั้งเกี่ยวกับการตอกตะปูและเจาะผนัง และเมื่อเราจะนอนก็มีเสียงพูดคุยจากห้องอื่นให้ได้ยินเรื่อยๆ โดยรวมห้องพักถือว่าดีสะอาด พนักงานผู้หญิงตอนเช้าน่ารักสอบถามพูดคุยและให้คำแนะนำได้ดี

Reception staff is very friendly and helpful.. everything above average.

한국에서 하노이 슬리핑버스타고 사파버스터미널도착후 택시로 호털도착 너무 작은호텔에실망 직윈들 너무친절하나 옆집 공사중 이였고 아직은 1년이상 시끄러울것같음 참고로 저녁식사후 호텔 까지 걸어 다니기 너무 힘들었읍니다 한국분들은 이 호텔 걸어 다니가 힘듭니다 비추 입니다 참고 하십시요
