All went good

Onze kamer was redelijk gedateerd. Voor de verdere rest een goed hotel.

Very well located right in the centre of Truro. Very polite and efficient staff. The most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in for years!

The place was clean. The staff was helpful and accomodating. From reception to restaurant. However, i can hear footsteps from the hallway beacause they have wooden floors although it has carpet.

We went here for drinks a couple of times during our stay in Truro. We really enjoyed the little front bar and the good cocktail list. Staff were friendly and welcoming and knew how to make a good drink. We will consider staying here on our next visit.

I don't recall them mentioning that there was no lift, and three flights of stairs was rather difficult for us. They disabled the thermostats at some point, and it was stifling hot when we first got to our room mid afternoon on a rather cool day. We called, and they can override, but that meant continual calls to adjust the temperature as needed. Not having any control over your living environment is about as inhospitable as a hotel can be and is completely unacceptable. The room description suggested a king bed, but it was barely a queen. There was no safe or mini fridge. There were lot of electrical receptacles and a few usb type a ports, but we use type c connectors, so it's fortunate I brought my own setup. Bath towels were large, but thin and very scratchy. There was just one wall hook in the bathroom for hanging things. There was just one cup at the bathroom sink. I'm assuming that we're like most people, and we put our toothbrushes in the cup to keep them off the surface of the sink. Now, how do you get a drink or take a pill? Our stay was for three nights. We skipped housekeeping on day two to give housekeeping a break because we hadn't used the room much after arriving late the day before, but did ask on the third day. They replaced the coffee, and made the bed, but did not bring any new toiletries or towels, which we needed. All in all, just a cheaply run outfit.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely hotel right in the centre. Room was great. Private parking. Only mild complaint is breakfast. The beautiful continental breakfast all set out which is in the price. On each table is a massive menu that is half the size of this. You set out your tea, coffee, juice and food. The lady then comes round to see if you want a hot breakfast. No? She then asks you to give her the menu which is covered with cups, saucers, glasses etc causing loads of disruption. Why not ask if hot food is wanted and then give menu so easy to take away or leave it there til people have finished eating.

I stayed in an apartment, bright clean and very well equipped. Would have liked an armchair downstairs. They allowed me early access to parking and the room which was great. The bar, breakfast and reception staff were excellent pleasant and helpful. Great continental breakfast. Its right in the centre of Truro and near buses so you don’t need to move your car.

The Hotel is very clean and tidy, receptionist was lovely and welcoming, our room was very clean and well presented, the shower was amazing and the bed was so comfy. We had air conditioning which was a bonus as it was a very hot day. The breakfast was delicious and we had a lot to choose from including hot food from menu, overall we had a fab stay and would definitely come again
