"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ! Nothing like the website suggests ! The room was tiny with a black mouldy shower, a hole in the wall from the door handle and smelling of smoke in the hallways. No parking and No restaurant - says 2 bars but has 1 with not a lot to offer. The check in lady was great but late afternoon another took over who was too busy chatting to friends on the phone rather than paying attention to guests ! Will certainly not visit again !!"

"We booked this hotel at the last minute on Trip.com. We were driving from Geneva to the tunnel at Calais. We arrived around 7 pm. There was a very helpful lady on the reception who gave us all the information we needed for a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also very clean with clean towels and everything was spotless. I can definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling through Troyes. "

"The hotel's location near pedestrian and shopping streets makes it easy to get around on foot. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was clean. It's a shame the ceiling covering clashes a bit with the rest of the room (giving it a somewhat dated look). The availability of drinks and cakes at any time, as well as the "aperitivo," were a welcome bonus during our stay and much appreciated. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"Luckily there was a space outside to park and check in. We had reserved a parking space but there was plenty of other options available. We thought the parking was a bit pricey compared to other places we stayed. This is probably why the underground parking was empty! Room was as expected. The large step up to the bathroom seemed it could be a trip hazard. Breakfast was actually better than we expected with plenty of fresh choices. Good value stay."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Unable to give it 5 stars, only option on Trip Advisor was up to 4 stars . Don’t know why the error on the web site but Deserves “6” stars. Hidden Gem. Perfect in every way. Great location, room was truly lovely . We were 3 couples, check in was easy, staff helped with our luggage. Room was a picture of French country design. A comfortable, well appointed room which was spotless, spacious and cozy. Public parlors were elegant with furniture covered in luscious fabrics, books to read and view, staff to serve you a cocktail and a charming dining room. Only mistake we made was not booking dinner when we reserved the room. It was a beautiful dining room. We had breakfast there which was delicious and beyond plentiful with A+ service. Warm and friendly staff all around. My husband went to the desk to inquire about a cup of morning coffee and they insisted on bringing the coffee to us. They delivered the coffee to us on a tray with a fresh pressed pot and China service. We could not have been better served. Hotel was perfect."
