"Requested a downstairs accessible room and it wasn't ready when we arrived. Elevator stopped working the next morning and we were afraid we'd miss our appointment waiting on the repair. Missed breakfast since we couldn't get my husband downstairs in his chair and there was no emergency exit plan by the hotel staff for persons in wheelchairs."

"The room felt small and cluttered. There were no accessible rooms so my husband couldn't use the shower. The ceiling was in need of repair and the room smelled of mildew."

"A frugal option but there were loud people outside the room and so we asked to be moved and the staff accommodated. However, we didn't feel great about the safety and a woman actually confronted my wife just because we changed rooms. She apparently took offense"
