The villa consists of a central body in granite stone, living room with sofa bed, complete and functional kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin with bunk beds), 2 bathrooms with shower + external solar shower next to the swimming pool, covered veranda, garden with exclusive swimming pool and outdoor furniture, barbecue.
The accommodation
The house includes 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 bathrooms, a panoramic terrace where you can stay, equipped with table, chairs and sitting area.
From the terrace, a small stone staircase leads to an exclusive relaxation area totally surrounded by greenery and granite boulders where you can read a book or simply enjoy the spectacular view.
Near the front entrance there is a practical barbecue, illuminated by Led lights, which can be used to cook delicious grilled food.
The house is equipped with an outdoor solar shower, full kitchen (oven - fridge - washing machine - Tv)
The real jewel, however, is represented by the wonderful swimming pool, for exclusive use, with spectacular views of the sea and sunsets.
Guest access
Guests can access the whole house and outdoor spaces without exclusions.
The house is located in a very panoramic context perfectly integrated in the rocky nature typical of Costa Paradiso.
At 500 meters there is Sporting Club (swimming pool center, tennis courts, dancing club, bar, restaurant).
