Inside you will be greeted with restored wood flooring and traditional craftsman columns. The home has 3 large bedrooms, a half bath, and a nice new full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove range, and refrigerator. The mudroom has the washer and dryer for your convenience. This corner lot offers front and side yards, as well as a small fenced-in and private backyard that's dog friendly. The location is extremely convenient and central, next to a beautiful park. Neat place, close to everything. Host was super responsive. Particularly liked that there were lots of coffee options and plenty of utensils for those who (like me) like to cook their own food. Also close to a park with a walking/running trail.Will definitely stay there again!

Great Location
We had a wonderful time. Great location. Very clean. Needs a new non stick skillet but nice set of stainless steel. We love Trinidad and the area.

We loved the property! The house had plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, having coffee available was great, using the TV was simple, we LOVED sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. My only cretique would be the backyard needs a little TLC, but honestly with the huge front porch with beautiful views we probably wouldn't use the backyard anyway. We would stay again for sure!

lovely getaway
I was initially skeptical when we arrived. The lawn was overgrown and made the home look a bit forlorn (but a guy came to mow the next day!). However, the house inside is LOVELY. Gorgeously renovated while saving the history of the house. And it was the VERY BEST stocked VRBO of any I've ever stayed in! Our hostess was quick to respond to any questions and we had a WONDERFUL time!
